The dole whip with lava sauce was a pleasant surprise ... good portions, great food ... didn't get back to get the macadamia nut bars but now I have a great excuse to get back there SOON1”

The service is always kind and meets us with a genuine smile. And when you try your food, doesn’t matter if it’s the fried chicken or the corndogs, they are so delicious that you will probably smile too.”

“This is our must go to restaurant when we visit Victoria via boat for 30 years. First-year there I ordered the BlackBerry halibut and every year since then I order it and it's still my favorite cooked perfect, it's hard to make halibut moist like butter. My husband loves the olive tapenade they serve with their focaccia bread and will get an extra bowl to pour on his pasta. Best cheese cake too. Great culture, attention to detail, they even use copper water pitchers, the water is great.”

“Fern has never disappointed with their baked goods. The cinnamon buns are a must try. They added doughnuts over the past couple years which have always been very good when I've tried them. The scones are another personal favourite. I have ordered a few items off the kitchen menu over the years and been pleasantly surprised but honestly I'm often going for the baked goods. Parking around the back is convenient when available, otherwise parking in the area is a pain to find. Location is small with a few tables inside that can fill quickly during busy hours. Staff is always pleasant. If you follow their social media they sometimes post BOGO near the end of the day if they have treats leftover.”

“A friend and I just dined here for the 1st time and we both were blown away. The renovation of the interior is beautiful and the service was impeccable. We were treated to the owners daughter that kept checking in on us and had a great conversation and heard some background of the development of this new idea from the owners as we have always been fans of Sizzling Tandoori.
We ordered 4 dishes to share and they were all incredible. My personal favorites was the gnocchi dish and the torkhi chaat dish???? we will definitely be back and highly recommend trying this place out!

Convenient for folks who wanna grab a quick bite of some mediocre but lovely food that never fails to hit the spot for me. One thing : stick to the dollar menu or certain cheaper items. Any promotional meal or item will be 3X the price for something that's the same size as a dollar menu item. Gotta think smart and order smart 🧐”

“Let's be honest for a minute, Timmies is not the best coffee, nor is it the best food, and the service is somewhat frenetic, or non existent. Having said all that, there is something about the anticipation of arriving and the joy of leaving with a hot coffee that you know will taste exactly like the last one you had just that morning. And the same as the one you had 4 times the day before. There is comfort in consistency, and that is the magic elixir of Tim Hortons.”

“I would like to say that Hamsa working at the Goldstream Village (Langford BC) Tim Horton’s outlet I had occasion to sit watching him produce his orders in a timely and efficient manner, but more than that he had outstanding customer service skills with each and every person he came in contact with. During a time when it is difficult to get valuable employee’s who are an asset to the Tim Horton’s brand name, it was gratifying to see that this outlet had hired an exemplary employee. It was interesting to see that there were other employee’s “goofing around” but this didn’t distract Hamsa from doing his job. Again I appreciate the outstanding service Hamsa is providing at this outlet.”

“We visited again from Sask and did not disappoint! Amazing! Well worth the wait in line! I had the tuna on salad! And my husband had the halibut fish and chips with a side of the chowder. The chowder was his favourite. Still taking about it. The staff were also fantastic. Friendly and very efficient! For the amount of people served and the small space we were amazed at how spotless the kitchen was. Highly recommend a visit here!!”

The food is superb, we plan on returning to make our way through the great menu. It is the best place we have eaten at in Canada for food, service and ambience. We highly recommend the seafood tower as a way to taste through some of the menu. The grilled octopus rivalled what we have eaten in Italy. The pork belly was cooked to perfection. The wine list is extensive and expertly curated.”

We're originally from Ontario, and stepping into Bunnie's, it was a quality cafe experience without any of the pretentiousness downtown. Just make sure you have some time to kill because once you get to the cafe, you won't want to leave, and they do close early.”

Special shout out to hosts Sireena and Jelena who went the extra mile (literally ran after us) to help make our special evening even more so. It was the evening of our wedding anniversary and we decided to try our luck getting into B+B for dinner without a reservation (iykyk). Just as luck seemed to not be on our side and we were walking down the front steps, one of the lovely hosts ran after us to invite us back as another server had just arrived so their section was now available for seating. We had another superb visit to B+B, thanks largely to Sireena, Jelena and our talented server, who's name I sadly cannot recall at the moment.”

“Took our mother out for her birthday and decided to pop in for lunch, service was absolutely wonderful with Pam being wonderful not just to us but every guest I saw her with during our time there. Had the fish and chips and I'd argue it was the best I've ever had and well worth the price. Also, almost everything on the menu from my understanding is gluten free and as fair-trade as you can get which is a nice thing to see nowadays and a definite plus for people with dietary restrictions.

All in all, with the historic significance the 6 Mile has with a great staff and even better food I'd highly recommend going here if you find yourself in the neighborhood.”

“We have eaten at Milestones Victoria many times and the evening of August 3rd , was no different in that we were very impressed with every aspect of the experience! This was a very busy evening due to the Symphony Splash event and the long weekend, yet as usual the experience was lovely! The food is delicious and served with large portions. The Servers are always very pleasant, taking the time to talk and share experiences even though we know they are very busy! Servers and Management are always willing to accommodate to your requests and needs! We have never felt rushed to leave and have always felt very welcome! We also learned this past evening the Management are working hard to minimize food waste, which is very commendable. Thank you to all of the Staff.”
