Store does not ask what size, they only assume the largest most expensive size and charge accordingly...I have never been in Booster Juice and was expecting the small regular size not 1 litre of juice hehe Good product however they charge 10$ a drink for "regular" size. Ill make smoothies at home going forward

Booster Juice is fantastic! Their menu is packed with delicious options and a wide variety of choices. The staff is well-informed and always ready to suggest great items to try. It's a wonderful place to grab a refreshing and healthy drink. Highly recommended!

I went into the Millstream store and my coat got caught on a sharp object and ripped. Once the manager was made aware, I was contacted, my coat was replaced AND I was given a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Besides great smoothies, they are kind and honest people. Shakes are good, as usual. Sadly the service is poor. Went in, I was the only customer for 3 staff members… still didn’t get any eye contact or hello and finally just “name for the order?”I actually had to ask the girl at the till if she was okay because it looked like she was as miserable as someone could be to work a job. “Yep, fine.” Honestly so bad that it was worth a laugh but seriously, if you don’t have patience for miserable people, don’t go here.

We stopped here on our way out of town and placed the order on line.The store was clean and of course the drinks were yummy and what we needed for the drive! The reason for the three star is:When we went to pick up the drinks my daughter went into pick them up as she usually does. The girl working was very hard to understand and was a mumbler. My daughter had to ask her to repeat herself several times…may want to make sure those in customer service speak clearly - everything else was great!
Love your smoothies but a bit disappointing today when I ordered an orangesicle and got home only to find I was give something with a bunch of strawberries which I really don't like. Was even told " here's your Orangesicle" ?

used to love this place has since gone downhill post covid out break, sat at the indoor dining table that is set up in the store and was told to put my mask back on, guess you can’t drink water while you wait for your food.enough for me to support other buisness.

I ordered ahead using the mobile app as I was on my way to to the kids events. Got there and walked to the mobile order sign. There were 4 people working. I waited as 1 customer was finished being helped. They continued to make orders as another customer was still waiting. Then 3 of them were talking about another employee and I still waited. And waited. A customer walks in and the 4th person went to go take their order while the other 3 kept talking. 10 minutes goes by before they finally ask me if I'm here for a mobile order. Not until that point did any of the workers even look at me, acknowledged I was there or ask me anything.
