I went into the Millstream store and my coat got caught on a sharp object and ripped. Once the manager was made aware, I was contacted, my coat was replaced AND I was given a gift certificate for the inconvenience. Besides great smoothies, they are kind and honest people. We stopped here on our way out of town and placed the order on line.The store was clean and of course the drinks were yummy and what we needed for the drive! The reason for the three star is:When we went to pick up the drinks my daughter went into pick them up as she usually does. The girl working was very hard to understand and was a mumbler. My daughter had to ask her to repeat herself several times…may want to make sure those in customer service speak clearly - everything...read full review
