“We went to Koto to celebrate family birthdays, and the seating and atmosphere were perfect for seven of us to be able to enjoy conversation with each other. We had a variety of food selections, and in true izakaya style, we were able to share many plates, all of which were very tasty with complimentary dipping sauces. Foods that are fried were crispy, with delicate batter and not greasy. We ate too much to highlight menu choices. The service was excellent, with menu items being brought to the table in stages.“
