I payed $33 for a small pizza..(not much bigger than the personal pan pizza..and p0p for $6.50) and 8 chicken wings.. And $1.49 each???.. for "spoiled" ranch sauce.. It was absolutely disgusting.. Not ever going there again.. They have a special going on.. Which was not mentioned to me.. Where u can get pizza.. wings.. Dessert.. Etc.. For 38!! Not mentioned or suggested of that when I called..and the accent when he told the total me for my order.. I thought he said $22.. Ugh . The "minority" group that own and run this establishment are very very cold!!!.... Not very customer friendly or courteous.... Don't bother wasting your money here.. Because that's just it.....waste of money... Very..very disappointing???

Horrible time to order, placed at 7:00So it said delivery at 7:45-7:55…. Then changed to 8:25-8:35Then said it was delivered when it clearly wasn’t, called and lady couldn’t even understand me. Called again and again and again and finally answered and the guy said he would call back and he didn’tI was so hungry, and very disappointed in the food, it was cold and dry. Chicken Alfredo.No way to cancel delivery to pick up myself.Workers don’t know what they are doing.Again very disappointed in their service

I ordered 3 pizzas with toppings, what I received was pizzas with pieces that only had cheese, some pieces literally had one piece of meat, or one piece of vegetable on them. Some of them i got lucky and had a piece of meat and vegetable on them. It was absolutely horrible. I basically received 3 cheese pizzas. I have never seen so few toppings on a pizza before. Go somewhere else and get more for your money.

The worst customer experience ever at any pizza hut location, staff and the manager doesn’t have any respect for customers. Ordered two pizzas which were raw and not baked properly. Staff continued to put me on hold and manager is so arrogant as if he owns the town ! Who hires these tools !!

Yates online website was down. Esquimalt couldn't deliver to our location but one employee went above and beyond. Called us back and asked if we wanted him to transfer it to yates for us. Saved pizza night!

My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you
They took my order, and never ordered my pizza… I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza…. Do not order from this place… never been more disappointed. Called back and they said I never ordered.

April 4th, I ordered takeout. (3 pizzas) Esquimalt location.Upon opening the box and picking up a slice, I noticed the pizza was soft.I ate 1 piece, and my 2 friends got into theirs, and then we discovered the pizza was extremely undercooked.I called to complain to the manager. I was told that perhaps you should order well done when you order your pizza.#2 That maybe I just didn't like the pizza.I have been ordering pizza from this place for many years.Not once have I ever received undercooked pizza.Not once have I ever had to order my pizza and say, "Please make sure it is well done.This manager ended up screaming at me on the phone. My friends were witnesses as I had my phone on speaker.Originally, I wanted my pizza replaced, and then I told the manager don't bother. I just want a refund.The delivery guy showed back up with fresh pizzas, which were right up to par and my refund.I'm waiting till next week to call head office to put in a complaint about this manager as he was very rude and yelling at me over the phone. I think it'll be a cold day in hell when I order from Pizza Hut again!!

I get the smoky maple bacon pizza everytime, and I ask for tomato sauce instead of Alfredo, and you always screw it up. The manager should check in with their employees making sure they make the orders properly, Including customizations. I pay extra for what? Nothing. It's a waste of money if you don't do the customization as the customer payed for. Not good pizza hut, not good.

Every time we've gone here for diner the pizza was not cooked fully, the crust was still wet and the price was crazy high. One time the delivery guy even just dropped out pizza outside on the pavement and left it there for us to find an hour later. The manager blamed it on door dash... we didn't order from door dash we called in our order. Absolutely horrible.I only gave 2 stars. I would have only given 1 except for the fact that they gave us 40 dollars worth of free pizza after the leaving the pizza outside incident.
