Interesting experience.. I think the cookies used for ice cream sandwich are way too hard for an ice cream sandwich. The person I was with asked me to get her a spoon since it all came out in the bag upon the first bite and I also asked if they make them with softer cookies or if I can mash it in a cup, the girl who was losing her voice had great service but it's disheartening that especially as a cookie and ice cream shop (that should only have the best service simply being a happy treat) that I was given a typical Karen response from another employee or manager who didn't show understanding or feedback appreciation but only stated that the cookies have to be hard for ice cream sandwiches (NO, COMPARE THEM TO ANY OTHER) and she seemed to continuously get the other employee to ignore me and ask her to perform other tasks even while it was not busy. I really appreciated that the original service provider was still able to offer me a fork to mash up the ice cream sandwich in a cup. Also the poster on the right says "ice cream sandwich" but that menu item was nowhere to be found on the menu panels and when we asked the price we saw that price matched the "cookiewich" item under the ice cream section... sorry if I sound difficult but thought this was a little bit of important feedback which I'd value from anyone else and ive had those top of the pyramid YVR cookies which heightened expectations ?

While on our vacation, we saw this cute little car that read “The Cookie Guy”. My family loves their cookies! So we looked them up. I called them, they place my order for me and we picked them up at the discussed time. Let me tell you these chocolate chip cookies are delicious and best of all they’re warm! Definitely a hit with our family!

The website had a major malfunction and I was ultra frustrated. After much back and forth/email they personally dealt with the order with the upmost patience. I know the site flaw is out of staff's control, so the customer service on the other end made up for the hassle. And the cookies are great.

I ordered a Valentine's box for my partner including 1/2 dozen of red velvet white chocolate chip cookies and 1/2 dozen of snickerdoodles. They delivered in a snow storm! And they were warm! Amazing service. On top of that, my partner says they're the best cookies he's ever had. So now I wish I was in Victoria to enjoy them too!
