I didn't know what the deal is with Tim Hortons in general, or this franchise as an example, but the staff are worked off their feet, with too few employees dealing with way too many patrons. The bathrooms aren't serviced, dirty, and subsequently closed instead of cleaned, which causes line ups and upset people... I guess they try their best, but it's just not enough to warrant having the store operate in such a fashion that nobody enjoys themselves.Add to that that this location has to deal with homeless folks trying to get a cheap meal AND have their daily bath session in the restroom and there's an Even bigger issue that staff has to deal with...In addition, this location is a travel hub for heading up island, with a gas station, at the base of the Malahat, close to a provincial campground, last stop for fast food before leaving Greater Victoria... It should be the biggest franchise with the most resources assigned, with more parking and more staff...In general, Tim Horton's is the front line of dealing with poverty in Canada and it's an indicator of worse problems to come.

Went to drive thru, tonight. I ordered Stepped Tea. It says on the cup of the lid is St 2m1H, But look at the color… So dark and looks like a coffee..Very disappointed…

Came in on a late Friday night a little while ago and had a very good time. The food was really good and I had amazing service, the guy who helped me out was incredible, when I asked for his name he said it was Camilo, so shoutout to him I suppose, he was very nice and well spoken and was patient with me when I was ordering, 10/10 customer service

In the drive thru I was asked “what kind” of Bagel B.E.L.T I wanted. I replied that the B stands for “bacon” so obviously bacon. I then got nothing but attitude. I was told “the b stands for bagel” ok so it’s a “Bagel Bagel Egg Lettuce Tomato”? They were completely passive aggressive for the rest of the transaction. I would have let all this go because I understand that working in the service industry is tough and I definitely gave them attitude when I said it was bacon.However, the man who gave me my food GLARED at me and stared me down when I looked at his face. It was extremely rude, aggressive and disturbing. I don’t think I deserve such angry aggressive treatment for pointing out the CORRCT name of the product. Unacceptable. This happened at 10:45 on Oct 20 2023.

Incredibly rude staff that doesn't greet customers and instead ignors people waiting to order to talk about personal phone calls with other staff. When I asked the if a wrap has tomato on it and the girl says no, I expect the wrap to not be loaded with tomatoes. I asked to have it remade and got incredibly rude responses from the staff. Very unprofessional. I recommend going to a different location where the staff might be friendlier and have some knowledge of the menu....

Worst service I have ever received at Timmies. Blueberry donut style was at least a day old, latte half full. I asked for sleeve twice and was not even acknowledged. A female server aged 25 to 30 was using an assertive tone bordering on demeaning to speak with her colleagues stating "they should know" and was just plain rude. A very, very bad experience. I would not recommend that location to anyone EVER. #EPICFAIL

I’ve started to come here recently as I work close, i’ve noticed a manager being visibly rude to her own employee in training , in front of customers, for not knowing how to do something. Now my service and food has been fine, but just think about how that looks on behalf of their hiring sign that says “Join a great team”…Camilo, i’m sorry bro
