Came in on a late Friday night a little while ago and had a very good time. The food was really good and I had amazing service, the guy who helped me out was incredible, when I asked for his name he said it was Camilo, so shoutout to him I suppose, he was very nice and well spoken and was patient with me when I was ordering, 10/10 customer service
I’ve started to come here recently as I work close, i’ve noticed a manager being visibly rude to her own employee in training , in front of customers, for not knowing how to do something. Now my service and food has been fine, but just think about how that looks on behalf of their hiring sign that says “Join a great team”…Camilo, i’m sorry bro

I didn't know what the deal is with Tim Hortons in general, or this franchise as an example, but the staff are worked off their feet, with too few employees dealing with way too many patrons. The bathrooms aren't serviced, dirty, and subsequently closed instead of cleaned, which causes line ups and upset people... I guess they try their best, but it's just not enough to warrant having the store operate in such a fashion that nobody enjoys themselves.Add to that that this location...read full review
