Some pretty good food spots, but trying to find parking close is a bit tough. There was also an extreme amount of human excrement right at the door way, which was rather unpleasant, but told by staff it is a normal occurrence.
Great place with lots of small businesses. The Teriyaki & Roll place here has the absolute best chicken udon I've ever tasted, and the owners are very friendly. The other food vendors are of varying quality, but the udon makes it all worthwhile.

So people will complain that only about half of the stalls are actually open, but it's a disservice to the amazing places that are there. They are really good, especially Oota-ya (sushi, really good miso soup) and cafe Malabar (Indian, I can't comment on whether it's authentic, but it's very flavorful and tasty, but does take longer).
