I always pass by this place whenever I go to Park Royal. Their location is set directly in the middle of the food court and their "base" of operation is kinda basic with mostly red with the place's name on it, so ambiance wise it's kinda basic. The only good thing about this place is that the hot dog pretzel I got wasn't terrible. Problem though is that price wasn't good at all. For the pretzel dog I got was for a bit over $5 and it just doesn't taste like it's worth that much. If it came with a soda, maybe, but all it is is a cheap hot dog with some basic pasty wrapped around. I get there's operational costs and such, but $5 for what is essentially a hot dog and a okay one at that? Too expensive in my opinion. As for the service, it's not terrible either. The person I talked to wasn't rude but I can definitely tell her pleasant attitude felt forced, but its likely because she's exhausted. Would I recommend this place? Unless if you really like pretzel, no.

Probably the worst customer service in the entire mall. The girl with blonde hair (ombré) is the worst. She never speaks to you, doesn't even say "hi" or smile to the customer. And when she puts the toppings on the pretzel she puts barely any on. If I'm paying for a topping on my pretzel I actually what that topping to be on my pretzel. Such an unpleasant experience buying from this girl, in fact I will not purchase from you if she is working because I don't want to be treated poorly.

I love pretzels so I have given this place many chances but the staff are awful. They are rude and snappy and rarely even look up at me while I’m there. I could look past it for a good pretzel but they are often either undercooked or burnt. Save your money for anywhere else
Pretzels here are really tasty! Prices are accessible and the people working here is very gentle and kind. There are a considerable amount of pretzels varieties, but to be honest my favourite here are the small bites served in a cup.They are delicious!

My boyfriend and I got here at 6:06pm and there were Two employees just standing there with pretzels made in the glass casing however when we went to order they looked at us and said "we're closed" with the most attitude. We didn't say anything just though awe we missed it by a few minutes and went to get a doughnut. Then on my walk back I still see the employees just standing there so I check their hours and online says they close at 7pm!?
