I've had a good experience with Mr Pretzels in the past, which is why I decided to pick up a pretzel after a long day of shopping.However, I was disappointed by the attitude we received when purchasing our order. The cashier didn't even say a single word to us. When we wanted to ask for our receipt, they turned away and nodded to us to move aside. Well it's just a pretzel.... but suuuch a good pretzel. Soft and chewy cheesy deliciousness. I'll make this a regular stop whenever I visit Park Royal. Several flavors to choose from. The nice young gal working this afternoon was very nice and she was just putting pretzels into the oven. She suggested I wait just a few mins so I could enjoy a fresh pretzel. Good pretzels.

Pretzels here are really tasty! Prices are accessible and the people working here is very gentle and kind. There are a considerable amount of pretzels varieties, but to be honest my favourite here are the small bites served in a cup.They are delicious!
