Love the new look after renovation, more space to sit and in the waiting area, it was fairly crowded but I guess its due to be close to the BC ferries, the staff were nice and friendly and prepared our orders in time.

The worst experience ever! Just ordered my usual drink where I order over a decade (decaf almond latte, cold drink but no ice, because I have tonsils problem, and it’s hot outside, I literally can’t have ice.) horrific experience as a loyal Starbucks customer , the barista (asian tall, skinny) told me he won’t fill my cup fully, because it’s supposed to have HALF ICE and he gave me half of a cup drink.I wouldn’t write this negative review if he did not make a scene, and acted badly to their customer! It’s not cool at all, learn how to talk to customer, please train your stuff better!!!

Mgr had attitude even before we spoke to him then proceeded to be rude to all customers. Then missed our drinks order completely and we waited 20 mins for our order. Then when we pointed out our missing order he questioned we had ordered until he found the receipt!!! Terrible service turned us off Starbucks.

today my business partner and i were patrons of this particular location, needless to say (as you may notice i've given a google star rating of 1 star) i wish i could provide a more refined star rating for my experience, but you see, that is simply not possible as i did not receive an experience to review. my partner and i waited patiently for nearly 35 minutes, only to have to leave our paid for, but amazingly incomplete coffees behind (bc ferries 0 lenience boarding procedure). unacceptable, fix your broken selves.

I ordered a tall dark roast w/ 1honey and a shot of cream. The workers were all very lovely. My coffee was less so. All the honey was in the bottom of the cup. :( my drink was dark and bitter.
Service is quick,at a quiet location,staff are friendly. While enjoying your drink or pastry you can sit outside & enjoy the scenery.(mountains,the waters of Howe Sound,etc...)

Rude staff, mean losers in a dead-end job. I used to drive down for coffee at Starbucks from Squamish for the ambience of the location, but Horseshoe Bay was ruined by a massive wave of ugly construction over the pandemic. Renovation of the parkslso ruined what used to be a pleasant stretch of shoreline.

I asked for an old menu coffee. The staff were reluctant to make it even though I told them what syrup was in it. Ended up after charging 2 things extra they got it wrong. Tastes terrible. $15 for 2 coffees, they should get it right.

Best Starbucks ever! The workers are so kind here and they never get my orders wrong. One time, in a cold, snowy winter night, I came into this Starbucks with my sister and we ordered 1 kids hot chocolate. However, since it was freezing cold outside, the kind barista gave us a free size-up and she even asked us how we were doing and if we were going to get home safely. Best Starbucks ever!!!
