Best Starbucks ever! The workers are so kind here and they never get my orders wrong. One time, in a cold, snowy winter night, I came into this Starbucks with my sister and we ordered 1 kids hot chocolate. However, since it was freezing cold outside, the kind barista gave us a free size-up and she even asked us how we were doing and if we were going to get home safely. Best Starbucks ever!!!
Minu & Grantham are lovely.I work at the ferry terminal in the early morning hours so I’m at this Starbucks 5 days a week!They stand out from the rest of the bunch with their customer service as well as just overall good vibes.The store gets super busy and hectic especially on long weekends/holidays when the ferries are also packed. They never show their stressed and are always helpful.

Love the new look after renovation, more space to sit and in the waiting area, it was fairly crowded but I guess its due to be close to the BC ferries, the staff were nice and friendly and prepared our orders in time.
