What an excellent meal. No wonder this is one of the top rated restaurants in Canada.!The server, Jason was knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, but not invasive or overbearing. Absolutely delightful dinner at Rimrock Cafe last night. The food was delicious, creative, and timed well. I enjoyed the Queen’s Gambit cocktail and a lovely French white blend wine sold by the glass. Dinner was the cauliflower appetizer, the special beet and chèvre appetizer, and main courses of Ling cod with mushroom risotto and butternut squash as well as the Seafood Trio.
