We enjoyed a meal at The Old Spaghetti Factory this evening and we were so impressed. Matthew was our server. He and the manager were friendly and the service was fantastic. And to top it off the meal was delicious, with generous portions! Highly recommend.

I waited for an hour for the meal to be served. The appetizer arrived. The wait for the main course took a full hour and 45 minutes. The waiter's working attitude was very slow. I understand that there are not many customers in this restaurant. It is very poor. I will never patronize it again.

The good old spaghetti factory…always the kids favorite. The menu is the same at Whistler and the price is also the same. One would think they would of jacked the price at a tourist attraction. Kudos for them keeping price affordable. The pasta is always good. They started to carry some seafood. We tried their mussels for $10.95 for 1 lbs but taste was super salty and the mussels were tiny. But everyone was full and left happy with the ice cream as desert.

If you like pasta then this is a definite must. The food is delicious, you get loads and it’s incredibly reasonably priced. 100% recommend the Spaghetti FactoryDietary restrictions: I told them my allergies and they ensured none of them were on my plate
Beautiful antique ambiance and delicious food - specially the spaghetti and tiramisu. They also have vegetarian and gluten free options.Would definitely recommend.A must visit restaurant in Whistler Village

I really enjoyed dining at this location, by far the quality of food, service and everything are different from the Gaston location in Vancouver.I order the steak with spaghetti with Alfredo sauce it was so GOOD!Also the calamari lasagna was so yummy!Highly recommend this location in the beautiful Whistler.
We are very familiar with Old Spaghetti Factory and enjoy it many times. We were in Whistler at hotel next door and decided to grab a bite for dinner. It seemed pretty busy although we were seated right away in a corner table right on top of other customers who were very loud and disruptive. We knew what we wanted and waited a while before server came over to serve us and then ordered and food was served fast starting with the warm bread ? and garlic butter, followed by the included soup and then main course and finally finish off with a ice cream ? also included. All meals include the soup or salad, tea or coffee and ice cream ? Service was very average and server never cleared dirty plates and took a long time to refill our water. Overall average experience! Sid the trick with fair prices and decent food but below average service. Don’t expect to be in and out to quick.
