Really enjoyed this meal. we tried something we hadn’t had before which was a chicken Palak, which was fragrant and a good level of spice but the stand out dish was the rich black daal. If anyone has dined at Dishoom in the UK, you’ll know the Daal is one of their most popular and best dishes. The Daal at Indian Masala Bistro was on par with the quality and richness. The best Indian food I've had in forever! Yum! We had palak paneer, paneer makhani, chicken and lamb vindaloo, and chicken biryani, and every dish was perfect and flavourful. Can't recommend enough! I'll be driving back to eat here from Vancouver.
