Sylvia's Enchilada Kitchen invites you to enjoy a special Sunday brunch buffet, offered exclusively for Easter weekend at any of their locations with chef-owner Sylvia Casares. The buffet features Tex-Mex classics and is priced at $29.99 per person ($12 for children under 12).

Appetizers include a refreshing shrimp cocktail, tangy ceviche, and creamy chile con queso. For breakfast, you can enjoy pancakes, omelets, and chilaquiles. Highlights of the buffet will include street tacos and, of course, enchiladas, which are among Sylvia’s top five dishes.

Desserts are a must for every special occasion, and they’ll be serving bunuelos, flan, and flan-bunuelos leches to satisfy your sweet tooth. The bar will offer $4 glasses of champagne, sangria, bloody marys, or mimosas.

Easter brunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On Sunday, April 20, Gus and Marty’s, a brand-new Greek-American eatery in Williamsburg, will celebrate Greek Easter with its first-ever Easter Roast. There will be two two-hour seatings of the $85 menu, available from 12 to 2 p.m. and 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

In addition to house-made pita and dips, spanakopita, marinated seafood salad, chicken souvlaki with sesame chili crunch, zucchini fritters, lemon potatoes, and of course, a lamb carving station featuring marinated leg of lamb, chargrilled onions, and house-made tzatziki, the Easter Roast menu also includes Tsoureki, a traditional sweet Greek Easter bread baked in their wood-burning oven. For dessert, enjoy a walnut cake topped with spicy mascarpone.

There will be a substantial assortment of appetizers, main meals, and desserts at Vinci's Easter Brunch Buffet in Lincoln Park. A cheese platter, meatballs, fresh fruit, poached shrimp with spicy sauce, and other appetizer selections are available.
A selection of pasta dishes, grilled salmon, chicken saltimbocca, roast leg of lamb, eggs Benedictine, breakfast pizza, frittata, and banana-stuffed French toast are served as the main meal.

Chocolate Cake, Panna Cotta with raspberry sauce, Tiramisu with chocolate sauce, Mini Cannolis, and fresh berries are all included in Vinci's dessert display.
The adult buffet is $42 per person, which includes tax and gratuity.

Breakfast favorites like French toast with maple syrup, scrambled eggs with pasta and bacon, or margarita pizza are among the options on the kid-friendly brunch menu. The price of each child's meal, including tax and gratuity, is $22.99. Youngsters can also select from a selection of juices or, for an extra fee, Frozen Strawberry-Lemonade.

With a French-Californian buffet brunch served on the rooftop terrace with a view of the Pacific, Easter Sunday at LouLou is a feast for the senses. Along with an avocado toast bar, live paella and crepe stations, a luscious chocolate fountain, and delicacies like lobster spaghetti, shrimp ceviche, truffle scrambled eggs, and seven-hour-roasted leg of lamb, guests can savor these treats.  Le Lapin de Pâques, LouLou's holiday party, combines culinary indulgence with coastal elegance, complete with panoramic vistas, DJs, live performances, and photo ops with the Easter Bunny.

Easter is worthy of a little Elegant Experience, so treat yourself to a lavish pre-fixe buffet from 11 AM to 8 PM for $99 per person. Try our hallmark dishes that make up our evening menu, or start with a selection of decadent brunch options including Carne Asada, Chorizo Chilaquiles, and Crab Tostadas. This is your opportunity to enjoy El Carlos in a way that has never been done before, whether you're toasting with bubbles at breakfast or enjoying something amazing for supper. A brunch buffet featuring traditional breakfast fare, savory meats, fresh salads, and dessert will be available at Terra Tempe.  A raffle with prizes like dinner for two at Terra Tempe and a one-night stay at the Westin Tempe with breakfast for two at Terra Tempe will also be held, along with a chance to meet and greet the Easter Bunny.  The cost is $50 per person, or $25 for children under the age of twelve.

Tavern on the Green, located in the heart of Central Park, will be offering a four-course prix fixe Easter dinner for $145 for adults and $75 for children aged 12 and under. The menu for brunch and dinner includes Tavern spring salad, braised spring lamb, and lemon olive oil cake, with optional wine pairings. In honor of Tavern's origins as a sheep meadow, a herd of sheep will appear during brunch, delighting both children and long-time New Yorkers.

The feast will be served from 11:30 a.m. until 8 p.m. and will cost $225 per person, with an optional wine pairing of $115. Children aged 10 and younger can order from a $125 kids' menu.

Juliet, 5857 Westheimer: The Galleria-area steakhouse will serve an Easter brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The buffet costs $49.95 for adults and $29.95 for children under 12. The special buffet includes a carving station for salmon and filet mignon. Breakfast selections include a build-your-own omelet station, scrambled eggs, hot chicken biscuits, French toast, waffles, potato hash, sausage, and bacon. Biscuits, cinnamon rolls, and croissants are all examples of pastries.

On Easter Sunday, Eugene's Gulf Coast Cuisine, a well-known Gulf seafood restaurant, opens. Guests are joined for breakfast and lunch by a special guest. You may expect to see the Easter Bunny from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Try brunch favorites like the Boudin Benedict, which has housemade boudin patties and shrimp and grits, or eat from a special menu. They also have a kids' menu. Blackened catfish enchiladas and stuffed redfish are among the traditional favorites offered for dinner, which is served from 3 to 9 p.m. In the Lenten season, it's also a great option for those who want to eat out before Easter.
