“I wouldn’t go anywhere for fried chicken in the high desert. Way better than the traditional competitors. Your chicken is always made to order along with any sides you order. Accordingly, if you place an order on site, be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes. I suggest calling ahead or ordering through door dash to avoid an unnecessary waiting. I can’t speak to their seafood options. Their chicken and sides are always on point.“
“I ordered a sandwich online at Subway and arrived at the store at the designated pickup time. However, the team member told me that my order was not ready and that he needed to work on it. I was disappointed because I had arrived on time and I was expecting to pick up my order right away.I understand that the team members at Subway are under pressure to meet certain time goals. However, I believe that it is important to provide customers with accurate information about the pickup time. If my order was not going to be ready at the designated time, I would have appreciated being told that ahead of time.In addition, I was very disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of the two team members who were working on my order. They were whispering something to each other in a low voice and smirking, as if they were amused by the fact that I had to wait. This was very disrespectful and made me feel like I was not being taken seriously.I would like to recommend that Subway train their team members on how to handle customer expectations and how to behave in a professional manner. “The staff was courteous, friendly and got our food to us in a timely manner. Since I am still struggling with eating properly with my dentures, I had a burrito, fries (nothing that required vigorous chewing) and a diet soda (because of diabetic issues). Everything was tasty and satisfying.“

They told me the dinner wasn't ready when I got there at 6:35 p.m., even though it was supposed to be delivered at 6:30 p.m. In response to my inquiry about the delay, they assured me that the chicken would be crispy and offered me the option to cancel if I preferred. I'm curious about the difference between the several kinds of customer service that KFC offered and why their staff advised against canceling the purchase.
