Malibu Family Wines Winery •
28001 Dorothy Dr Suite 202, Agoura Hills

“I just finished off a bottle of their 2012 Semler Merlot and I got online to write this review.I am so proud to be a So Cal guy, especially when I can say this is a winery in my back yard. I love drinking their wine and the grounds are pure magic. I am stoked that the family which owns the property does the land justice and creates great wine from it.Thank you,Chris“

Malibu Wine Tours American •

“I actually booked the wrong date, but the staff was very understanding and let me reschedule. It rained the day of my hike but I think that made it even more fun. The ranch is gorgeous! The employees are so nice. I arrived an hour early so Marissa let me sit with her inside so I wouldn't have to sit out in the cold. Our tour guide was Steffani, she was very knowledgeable and extremely funny. I can't wait to go back!“

Nectar of the Dogs Wine Winery •
791 Chambers Ln UNIT 110, Simi Valley - 8.74 miles

“Love this place! The owners and Erica all wanted to know our names and made sure we felt at home. We were meeting friends (this was their choice place) and I'm so glad we were introduced to this hidden gem in Simi! I was a little worried when I had read reviews that we might not be a fit (we only drink red wine). They have fabulous reds!! Their red cab is phenomenal!!! Our friends did the flights...which is great....but we already know we only like reds...so went right to their Napa red. I wish we had tried their Pinot Noir....but it gives us a reason to return :) Sunday...live music...the guy was great...and the Lion game was also playing...really trying to please everyone!“

Summer Somewhere Wines Bar •
3822 Cross Creek Rd, Malibu

“Summer Somewhere Wines is a very small wine shop near PCH in Malibu. It's located inside the Fred Segal store but offers wine tastings. The brand is family-owned consisting of a seasoned wine maker husband and an artist wife that make their wines in Santa Barbara County. They have different types of wine tastings including whites, reds, and a mixture. We got the surfrider tasting ($30) which included 4 of their white wine offerings. The staff was very friendly and it was a good place for an afternoon wine tasting.“

Alma Sol Winery Winery •

“My fiancé and I were going out for a much needed date afternoon together. When walking into the winery it was very welcoming and pleasant. Right away we met John, who went above and beyond for us. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the different wines. I loved all of them! We got complimentary crackers that were good as well. I walked two doors down and ordered a pizza that was delivered in 10 minutes! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and took home some wine. I will definitely be back! Thanks John for the amazing experience!“

“We found this gem while driving to a nearby furniture store. The building was so cute we just had to try their wines. We were NOT disappointed. We were immediately greeted by the friendly owners who made us feel welcomed. Four of us wine tasted and loved every single wine! None of us care for sweet wines so we almost passed on the dessert and port wine offerings but the owner/winemaker explained they do not add sugar and the wines are not "sweet". He was absolutely correct. The port was amazing and easy to drink. Yummy. The Cab Franc, Chard, and Petite Sarah were top of the list for all of us but each wine was so unique and delicious. These wines aren't like your typical blends. They are special in many ways! We've never been wine tasting when each of us loved every single wine we tasted. We left we lots of bottles of wine. LOL :) They also have in house made ciders with no sugar added and they are SOOO good. Insanely good. The owners (married couple) are so kind and made us feel so welcomed. We will most definitely be back!!!“

Lucas Sellers Wine Winery • $$
330 Zachary St UNIT 108, Moorpark

“Surprisingly good wine. Fruit sourced from up and down the coast. They have a really broad spectrum of wines and all that we tasted are handled deftly. All the wines tasted had a depth, and sufficient time in barrel, to really shine but yet were very accessible. The winemaker and wife? Were very friendly and engaging. Definitely recommend dropping by. There is also a brewery next door as well as a pizza place and coffee roaster. Highly recommend it.“

“I love Atost’s aperitifs and I love their customer service. Every holiday season I buy some bottles for coworkers and friends. They are always a hit. This season I purchased 5 bottles but unfortunately FedEx messed up my delivery. Emily, Atost’s event manager, and Kyle, Atost’s founder, were so quick to respond to my email and resolve the shipping/delivery issue. The company goes above and beyond with both their products and their service. I will continue to be a regular Atost customer.“
