Really enjoyed coming here to get some work done. If you are looking for a place to meet with a friend or get some studying/ work done this is a great option. The staff are nice and quick too. Definitely recommend.

Insane Vietnamese coffee, solid breakfast sandwiches and local pastries. Plenty of room for working or gathering. Music not blasting so you can have a conversation if needed

Solid coffee spot! We came here on an early Saturday morning, so it was quiet and peaceful. This was my first time in the area and I loved the beach town/coastal vibes. There are tables and chairs inside and outside the shop. The back door leads to the harbor/dock, which has a magnificent view. I loooove Vietnamese coffee and this place offers a variety of options. I got the Ube Iced Latte Vietnamese Coffee ($6.65), subbed oat milk (+$0.70). I really enjoyed my drink. There was a good balance of ube and coffee, and the sweetness was perfect for my taste. My brother and cousin got the Vietnamese Salt Coffee ($6.65) and Vietnamese Iced Matcha Latte ($7.45), respectively. My brother thought his drink was slightly too sweet but otherwise liked it. My cousin really liked her drink. I took a sip of it, and I thought the combination of matcha and coffee was really good. We also ordered the Breakfast Burrito ($11) with avocado (+$1.50). It had cheese, eggs, and bacon in it. I typically like my breakfast burritos with potatoes, so I was a little disappointed to see none. However, I still enjoyed the burrito. It was nice and warm, a good little breakfast for the morning.

This hidden gem is my go to coffee spot tucked away in bay farm! I love the drinks here I have been coming here for two years now and it's always a great experience and good service! I always order a mochi donut with my drinks! You must try the ube waffle! You will not regret it!

Some of the best Vietnamese coffee in Alameda! My go to spot to grab coffee for my team. Service took some time for food but nothing unreasonable.

Their food and drinks look good! If navigating with Apple Maps it's inaccurate, it's next door to Safeway! I would recommend calling before going to make sure they're open. I opened their door and the employee inside told me they were closed (Thursday at 1:00pm), despite the store hours online and on their door outside. They had their "Open" sign flashing on outside as well.

I want to start with the drinks, because they were really good. I got the Vietnamese coffee with strawberry foam and a pandan matcha latte. They have some really interesting flavors that were all enticing. I wanted to try them all! My Vietnamese coffee was thick and the foam was a surprisingly good mix with it. With that said, they did get my friends drink order wrong. The sandwich was good, it came out HOT which I appreciate. There were definitely other menu items that looked interesting (hello Ube waffle) but we were low on time and were hoping to keep things quick. The biggest problem was the place was obviously understaffed. It took over 20 minutes for our drinks to come out, including the wrong order. It seemed like there was only one person there to run everything. I'm hoping it's an anomaly, because they've got a lot of interesting drinks I'd like to try.

The online menu says the mochas are 'not too sweet' because they use powder but OMG my white mocha this morning was shockingly sweet. Waaaaayyy too sweet. I can see sugar crystals still in my cup (see pic) can't say I'd be back even though I love the Ghirardelli mocha powder. Cut the amount down by 70% and it would be fine.

Food here was on the sweet side definitely wasn’t expecting ice cream on top but the Ube sauce although a lot would have preferred it separated so the waffle itself wouldn’t be soggy so quickly. Though I got ti say the drink was bomb 100%recommend viet

The drinks are good. Love walking by the water while I wait for my order to be completed. It's a nice area to chill and enjoy your drinks at.

My Saturday weekly ritual is to come here and get a vietnamese iced coffee, maybe some breakfast, and walk around with my dog. I love it so much that I never fail to come weekly! I love it here (: the people are extremely kind and I can tell they really care about their customers happiness as well. I also really love the area! Like it's a great spot to start your weekend off right, take a stroll, maybe pick up some groceries at the Safeway. You gotta come here!!

Love coming here for their different variety of drinks and pastries. They always add something new when I go so menu is consistently changing. I live in Oakland and make a trip for to them and order ahead on their square website (so convenient). My new go to is their Vietnamese coffee with salted crème. Their Vietnamese coffee is really strong so the combo with that salted crème, *muah. If you like that salty and sweet combo this is it. Try it and don't forget tot really mix it up, that crème is thick.
