Walked in here one day, and fell in love with it. Some of the best broth I ever tasted. I stopped going to to my old spot and made this my new go to spot for PHO! Definitely recommend everyone coming here! Everything at a very good price!

This is a typical Vietnamese restaurant. It wasn't a lot of people when we went. It is a good place for a quick Vietnamese meal.

I came to Saigon Eden for a quick lunch. I just wanted to grab a Bahn Mi sandwich to take away, but I ended up sitting down at the restaurant while it was being prepared. One of the waiters was nice enough to bring over a glass of water while I waited. The restaurant itself was pretty nice and spacious, so it looked like a decent place to go with a big group. My Beef Bahn Mi sandwich was tasty, but it wasn't anything spectacular. I enjoyed the beef flavor, but I think the sandwich could have used a bit more sauce, to counteract the dryness of the bread. I didn't try anything else on the menu, so I'm not sure how the rest of their dishes tasted, but I was decently content with my Bahn Mi. Next time I'm in the area, I'd like to try a different spot.

The parking structure right behind it can get pretty packed, but we have never had trouble parking there during prime dinner time. We have also never waited to be seated here, although the restaurant is quite bustling. Service is polite and very quick. If you are hungry, come here as your food comes out fast. The soup tastes light, but flavorful. Compared to other pho restaurants in the area, I feel like the broth does not rely on seasonings as much for flavor. They are also generous with the meat in the soups. The large doesn't look much larger than the medium, but it actually is. I can easily finish a medium soup, but cannot finish the large at all.The inside is clean and casual, with minimal decor. Perfect for a quick, casual meal with friends.

Loved the pho and spring rolls. The broth was really good and service was great. I wish the bowl came with more noodles. I had to order extra noodles on the side to fill me up.

Pho hit the spot on a cold June gloomy day. I like how you can customize your pho here with any of their toppings. My usual is flank, meatballs and tripe with a side of cooked bean sprouts. Broth was flavorable and the regular size was just right for me. Hubby enjoyed his customized rice plate with various proteins plus red rice. So you can be as healthy or hearty with your meal. Food comes out quickly and plenty of free parking with the city lot in the back.

The cashier charged me double on the tip via credit card. Suffice to say, they were trying to rob us of our hard earned money.

I am partial to Vietnamese food; to me, you cannot go wrong with Vietnamese food in the right restaurant. Saigon Eden is one of those right restaurants. My favorite go to dish is the banh xeo. This dish tastes the best if the right ingredients and the right chef make this one. Let me tell ya, I have NOT encountered any restaurants who can make banh xeo as well as Saigon Eden located on Garfield. It's always piping hot, with tons of shrimps, porks, mung bean sprouts and prepared in such a crunchy way, that after finishing one, you'd want another! If you speak the language, you can even request customization, of any dish you ordered. I love this place!
