I ordered a pizza for delivery and the app showed it taking an hour for the pizza to get through the "quality control" step before delivery. Then, the app updated to say that the pizza had been "delivered" and our order was "complete," but no one ever showed up with the pizza. not sure why there is such low reviews, but i will say the staff here has great customer service!!! i have done a lot of online orders here and they've never messed up on our orders and everything has always been great! the waiting time for the food can be a little bit longer than stated some times. however my friend and i went to this spot in person today and our food was ready in less than 5 minutes and the staff was really nice. the guy at the front counter brought our food...read full review
