As individuals with specific dietary restrictions rooted in our religious beliefs, our recent experience with Domino’s Pizza was profoundly disappointing and completely unacceptable. We placed an order for a large cheese pizza with vegetarian toppings, clearly emphasizing our dietary preferences. However, the pizza we received contained pieces of two different types of meat, which was a clear violation of our dietary requirements.This was not just an unsatisfactory experience; it was deeply upsetting.Attached are photos illustrating the presence of meat on the pizza.We strongly urge Domino’s to take this incident seriously, reevaluate their procedures, and ensure that such serious mistakes never happen again. All customers, regardless of their dietary needs, should be able to rely on their requests being respected.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the app showed it taking an hour for the pizza to get through the "quality control" step before delivery. Then, the app updated to say that the pizza had been "delivered" and our order was "complete," but no one ever showed up with the pizza. I tried calling, but the phone just rings off the hook and nobody ever answers. I had to get in the car and drive to the location to ask where my pizza was; when I got there, the guy said they were super busy and had no record of my order, so I had to tell him what I had ordered and wait for a new pizza to be made. He promised I would not be charged for the pizza, despite saying they didn't have my order and him not taking my name or contact information -- I told him my name and left with the pizza; by the time I got home and we sat down to eat, it had been 2 hours since I first placed the order. As expected, the Domino's charge for the pizza -- including a tip for the delivery person who never even showed up -- showed up on my card the next day and once again, there was no answer at the location when I called to ask them to credit my card. I also tried Domino's national customer service line, which just takes you to a dial-by-name directory and then hangs up on you. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge to try to get the pizza and delivery tip off my card; I am still waiting for the credit to appear on my account. What a nightmare; we've ordered from this Domino's for years without issue, but never again.

not sure why there is such low reviews, but i will say the staff here has great customer service!!! i have done a lot of online orders here and they've never messed up on our orders and everything has always been great! the waiting time for the food can be a little bit longer than stated some times. however my friend and i went to this spot in person today and our food was ready in less than 5 minutes and the staff was really nice. the guy at the front counter brought our food out to the car after ordering in person and this nice girl inside threw out our box after not finding a trash can in sight. overall, good location! guess it can depend on the staff and day but will go back!

WORST place ever!!! Waited for hour and half for cold pizza without toppings that i've ordered, was calling 3 times to ask for the replacement, no one picked up the phone!!!! I had to drive to this place.People that are working there super rude, no one saying hi, playing busy, everyone is seems high or something, ! The guy that spoke to me said that they are super busy, for my question how long it will take , he was completely ignoring me!! i ve asked again "how long 10-20-30 minutes?", he started arguing and yelling at me "listen to me listen to me, you don't wanna listen" , so i had no answer, left that horrible place! Never ever i'll go there again, DON'T order there if you want have this conversations and cold wrong pizza! I am SHOCKED by this attitude and rudeness!!! I left super mad, hungry and with waisted $40 for shitty cold pizza that i left for that "professional workers".will send complain to the Customer service and management. Incident happened on Sunday 10/01/2023 at 7pm in Aliso Viejo location. As you can see on the photo, there is nothing in there that should be, looks horrible and taste awful!!!!

I placed my order around 5:30 pm and asked to have it delivered at 8 pm and they were right on time! Also the pizzas I had custom made had everything on them! Amazing! The garlic knots were also top notch!

Have ordered from here a few times but do not recommend this location. Every time my pizza was very undercooked to the point I would reheat it in the oven to cook it properly, even after ordering my pizza to be well done. The cheese was never fully melted and the meat was definitely undercooked, as well as minimal amount of toppings even when paying for extra toppings. Also the delivery tracker never works properly, it will say still at the store when the delivery driver is already here.

I don’t like writing negative review, congrats ur my 1st.. this place is BAD. Don’t order .. they delayed my order, then gave me wrong order .. as I waited for my order to be made, they kept on getting orders wrong for multiple people and then they sent back a guy who had be waiting for 30+ min without a pizza ..!!! Not ordering again…
Dominos knows this store is bad, understaffed, terrible management, dirty and by far the worst business in this city, yet they do nothing about it. No care given. They still take your money and give you garbage, poor service and unhealthy food.Such a joke for a franchise!!!

Few years back was the best Dominos. Just be a new owner the customer service is awful and quality way down. Only upside is that if you order curbside in the app if they don't bring it out in 2 minutes you end up getting a free pizza. This place doesn't even try. So free pizza every time.

Run!! Read the other reviews place a $70 dollar order in December it arrived more than 2 hours late and totally inedible. Even after I drove to the store. Try to revolve issue even with dominos corporate and they still to this guy have not responded!
