“This place is next door to Janet's, the food is of great quality with large portions. I had the rib special that was definitely slow cooked, tender and flavorful. One of our go to spots with a cool vibe. Huge selection of beers and fairly priced. The staff works hard and care about your dining experience. “We tried this lovely little place on our road trip home. It's safe to say we have a new favorite! If you like biscuits and gravy, it's a must try. Great flavor and texture to the biscuits and chunks of sausage. Yum! I had the chorizo Benedict and it was sooo good. My Son had the chicken and waffles with sausage and eggs and said everything was good. Hubby liked the potato burrito and hash bowns. Giant cups of coffee-these people get me. The waitress was a lovely human to help us wake up the morning.Enjoy!Parking: Its in a strip mall so there's lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for families. Lots of food options.“
“We drove in from Arizona and needed a relaxed lovely environment to enjoy some dinner and unwind before heading home to San Diego.We chose to sit and enjoy the semi outside patio. We could see the beautiful rain coming down outside and we were warm and cozy as the ceiling heaters were at a perfect temperature. The most beautiful Italian music played quietly in the background. The appetizers were hot and delicious. The main meal hit the gastro spot perfectly! This is a lovely restaurant!“

There is indoor and outdoor seating.The parking lot gets full on Sunday.The restrooms were well kept.As for the food itself, it seemed made with fresh ingredients, but the taste was a bit lacking, at least in the eggs. I ordered the Asparagus Scramble (Sunday special). While I really appreciate the mix of fresh veggies, it tasted a bit bland. Adding some spiciness would go a long way towards improvement.Someone in my party ordered the machaca burrito; it was mostly filler potato with a bit of shredded beef.The pancakes and the biscuits are huge. We ordered a half-serving of biscuits and gravy, and it was still enormous.They didn't scrimp on the hash browns and home fries portions.“
