Fresh and delicious! Tried the funnel bird mild spice, and it was sweet and juicy with just enough heat, a spicy lover might want to go high heat though and the French fries were perfect with crispy skin and fresh dank potato innards My friend got the big bird and was extremely happy with his choice too. Get some if you find yourself in the area!
These guys are serving ridiculously good hot chicken! The chicken is crispy and tender and seasoned very well. The sauce that comes with most of their items is basically crack (they should bottle and sell it). The fries and tots are not mushy, they are fried crispy and seasoned perfectly. I recommend medium heat for people who like a lot of heat ( I like a lot of heat). Medium will probably give you a little bit of sweat beads on your face while chowed down your meal. This spot is the best in all of Pasadena. Everything I have ever gotten here has been amazing. The guys that run this little spot are the most down to Earth people and appreciate every person that comes through to taste their craft. Btw try the new honey hot wings you won't regret it. If you want some fire chicken Funnel Birds does it right every time. Great job
