“This is one of my bf and my's favorite little cafe's, serving up delicious and authentic Greek specialties. Today we had my favorite - the Beef Moussaka (eggplant layered with beef in sauce, topped with bechamel) served with roasted potatoes and vegetables, and an excellent Greek Salad. We often get their flatbread stuffed sandwiches. Prices are reasonable at $25 for the moussaka dinner (I took home half) and $8. for the salad. Easy parking in their lot. The gentleman who often serves us is very friendly. As everything is made to order, this is not a place to come if you want "fast casual" because it takes awhile to receive your food, but it will be served hot and perfectly made. Great for take out and family meals.“

“I had a list of 10 Mediterranean places to go to lunch with my friend in Pasadena and I am glad I narrowed it down to this one. Now, I was a little weary about the food coming out as soon as we were paying BUT the food was pretty amazing. This just tells me that they are super efficient during lunchtime on a Saturday! The food was very flavorable and they have the best garlic spread I have ever eaten in my entire life! We will definitely be back! Not pictured here but don't miss out on the tzatziki either!“

“We always do take out. Have been coming to Corfu restaurant for many years when visiting my parents in Sierra Madre, where I grew up. The food is fresh, flavorful, and simply delicious! I must say, I have never tried anything other than the Gyro, but they are so good, I get a hankering for them every so often, and they never disappoint! The staff are always friendly and kind.Parking: Parking is plentiful at the rear of the restaurant.“

“Elena's has to be one of the best places in So Cal for Mediterranean food. All their meats (chicken, pork chops, beef, lamb) are always tender and juicy. Their service is second to none. They're always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I also think they have the best lentil soup.“

“Service was great, and the restaurant is a fun vibe. Go with a big group so you can try a variety of dishes. We tried the cauliflower, beets, hummus, panzanella salad, oyster mushrooms, branzino, potatoes, and some friends had the rib eye. For dessert we tried the baklava pie and the olive oil ice cream. The panzanella was my favorite dish, but overall everything was solid. It's in a small strip mall and has a few parking spots which is an added bonus.“

“Love this tiny hole in the wall . Mom and pops vibe . Amazing sandwiches . I can tell it's hand shredded to great detail . Perfect ration of garlic sauce , pickles and tomatoes . I called in my order shortly before copse . I get a call from a lady asking if I was coming before close . I was like hell ya . Like I would leave this sandwich to waste lmao . Walked in 5 min before close . Told the husband i am here for my late lunch . He explained to me the reason she wanted to know if I was coming was they pick up their kid after close . Say less . I left a tip as anyone should at a place like this . The man tells me to grab a drink . I'm like wow I feel the love in this place !!! “Always solid and a lot of food. We get 3 plates for our family if 4 and we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. We enjoy picking our own sides. We like the eggplant dip, quinoa salad, tabouli, hummus, and tatziki. Rice is good too!“

“I love this place. It is gourmet drive thru. I get the Greek salad with tuna when I go and the chicken tenders kids meal. Whenever I take anyone they like it. Only thing I would say is, always check your food before you leave. They give you the house dressing when you get a salad and it's just oil/vinegar, make sure to ask for a different dressing or you will be disappointed. I had one incident when they hardly put any feta on my Greek salad. When I told them they promptly fixed up my salad so it was perfect. I have only been inside twice and it is clean and fine. Nothing special but cleaner than most small diner spots I've been to in LA.“

“My husband introduced me to this place when we started dating 10 years ago! We've been faithful customers over the years. It had been almost 2 years since we last came around. They might have changed the look a bit, but the flavor stays the same. Which is what keeps us coming back. I always order the same plate, it's just so full of flavor & can never go wrong with papas con chorizo. Menudo is only on the weekends I believe & it's delicious. I'm very picky with where I eat specific plates from & the menudo here is one of the best to me. Its a small place that feels like home, weekend are sure to be busy but the wait shouldn't be to long unless you have a big party. Everyone is really friendly as if they've known you for years.“

“Great place for breakfast and sandwiches that opens early (6am perfect for jet lag) with very nice employees and service. Really good breakfast burritos with coffee and a variety of pastries that are worth it. It became my breakfast place ever since I arrived.“

“If you are looking for Mediterranean food in silver lake Meze is a great choice. Portion sizes are large and their sides are fantastic. The pasta salad and baba ghanoush are both fresh and a great pair for any of the plates. The lule kabob plate was flavorful and filing. I will be back to try more dishes.“

“Came here for a late lunch. Service was prompt. We had the falafel side, chipotle chicken wrap, and gyro lamb plate. Everything was delicious! The portions were large and plenty of meat and veggies, so it feels healthy. Would definitely go back.“

“I tried their breakfast for the first time. The breakfast burrito was very tasty; however the French toast was just okay. The breakfast menu is small with about 4-5 items. We usually come for dinner. The chicken shawarma was good but the beef lula kabob was awesome.“

Chicken & BEEF ANGUS KABOBS COMBO PLATES ..BAKLAVA for dessert sandwiches but I never tried there burgers“
