Ever drive down the road and smell something good and ya gotta pull over. That’s what I did today, on the side of the road. Chef was hustling to get the food out. Spoke to him for a bit while the Jamaican spice took over. I got a little of each. Jerk chicken was spot on, juicy and flavorful.
