We are just here for a few days, but the food was really good. We got two large pizzas a big salad a big bowl of spaghetti with meatballs bread and 4 cans of soda for under 60. If we were locals this would be our go to pizza place.

Pizza was nostalgic of my middle school. I went to pickup one slice and three other pieces came up with it. please look at the picture I provided. I have never left a Yelp review before but I felt compelled to warn others about this so called "food". I would much rather eat some frozen pizza. In total I spent $24 on this pizza and some wings, and not only was the pizza terrible, the wings were dry as well. Ordered the ravioli family meal and added chicken. The food was good, salad was huge (they didn't deliver the dressing) but the chicken was a little over cooked. The sangria was a nice option for delivery.

I placed a pickup order on the phone and told 20 mins to ready. Show up to pick up and the place is closed (i showed up 10 mins after my call, to be safe).Ring ring ring and no one picks up haha !!! Can you believe a reputable business would pull something like that?Pathetic

I wish I can give this a no star or a negative star. We had the worst experience here at this place we had order food and waited an hour, we called and asked where they where? The suppose "shift manager" said they are 15 minutes away. 15 mintues passed nothing we called and wanted to cancel the order well..the "shift manager" said we cannot refund your money but we can give you a credit. I told them no just remake the order and we will pick it up. Mind you we paid a delivery fee to have them deliver it. 10 mintues goes by we go in and pick up our order that was "supposedly remade and it was NOT. Then the REAL SHIFT MANAGER (Shannon black lady if that is her name) COMES OUT AND TELLS ME SHE HAD "NO IDEA" regarding this matter. So someone was playing manager and their staff was laughing thinking it's funny. Very unprofessional and I did record a video during the conversation, Unfortunately it won't let me upload here but it will be uploaded on Facebook and YouTube. Do NOT waste your money here, don't get a headache here.

I ordered a simple order. Was told it would take 20-30 minutes. 1 hour later I call and my order is still not out for delivery. Call them and no answer. Horrible customer service.

Ordered Carolina's via Doordash while staying at the Hilton. My food was good. I was starving but even with hunger as the best sauce, the fettuccine alfredo seemed to lack dimension and it seemed a bit of an overcharge to pay $2 for adding a couple broccoli florets to the pasta. The included silverware was very flimsy and just couldn't hold up to the heavy pasta, with black plastic fork tines turning into tiny alfredo sauce trebuchets as they bent back and sprang forward with each bite. The Caesar salad was great. The croutons had a really nice spice blend taste. I wish I had ordered dessert, though, because both the cannolli and the tiramisu looked really good!

The good.-They brought us food when we were exhausted.-They have good after the fact customer service. They offered to deliver the whole meal over again free of charge. That was kind but we declined as we were only looking for a refund on what we did not receive. It is against their policy to refund.The bad-They delivered the food with a ding dong ditch method.-They exploded the ranch for the salad in the bag all over the rest of the food in the bag.-They burned the pizza.-There were no plates to eat our food on when delivered to a hotel.
