Ordered Carolina's via Doordash while staying at the Hilton. My food was good. I was starving but even with hunger as the best sauce, the fettuccine alfredo seemed to lack dimension and it seemed a bit of an overcharge to pay $2 for adding a couple broccoli florets to the pasta. Amazing place for great food and amaaazing beer. I have been going to Carolinas for years, and it has changed ownership a few times. The current owner is great, and Carolina's is the best it's ever been. I LOVE this place. The menu has a huge variety, even for a vegetarian like myself, and you can literally tell any of the extremely friendly waiters what kind of store bought beers you like and they will bring you the most amazing beer, everytime. Great service and the food was TASTIE. I found them thru DoorDash a few months ago and their food was delicious! Since then, only their other location (Garden Grove) comes up for me in DoorDash. In any case, I had received a flyer for 50% of for 8/17 for Anaheim location. So, yesterday (8/17) I went on DoorDash and they still did not come up.
