30 years of experience in sales and service and I have left bad reviews in many food service establishments. I have to admit that ANGELICA cashier is genuinely a nice person. She is a breath of fresh air that I rarely run into with such a caring/ great customer service. Thank you Angelica.
Beware!! No air conditioning here!It is over 80 degrees out and hotter than this inside! I mentioned to the cashier and when I pick up my food! I had to have it to go..because who wants to eat in an oven! I went next door Panda Express and ate... very nice and cool Inside! 4stars for the poor employees who have to work in this...Hey corporate.Please Fix there Air Conditioning.

It is convenient because it is the closest pollo loco to me (across the street). Inside is clean. Employees are nice BUT you will get bamboozled on the chicken portion sizes. I am willing to drive to another pollo loco just for normal chicken portions.
