“Nadoosh Shawarma is the best shawarma in Orange County, hands down. The friendly cook provides prompt service with delicious and filling meals. Grease and salt are not too over-the-top and the sauces are mesmerizing (that garlic tahini tho). I literally visited twice in the same week. This is like something out of Curb your Enthusiasm, you get it into your stomach and you won't get it out of your head. A food truck to remember and to share with your friends, do not sleep on one of the best hidden dining experiences of SoCal.DON'T GO TO THE RALLY'S ACROSS THE STREET.Dietary restrictions: Halal, with vegetarian options available.Parking: Off-street lot. “5/5 service, 4/5 food, 4.5/5 value It was my first time here and the new female employee (I didn't catch her name) was really helpful and friendly with explaining the different sauces and options. I got the doner kebab rice plate with chicken/beef and garlic sauce and "warm butter tomato sauce with turkish name". The meat was tender but not that flavorful, probably to better pair with the many sauce options. Salad was freshly mixed and crispy except for the parts touching the rice. It'd be nice if they could separate it somehow to avoid warm, soggy lettuce in some places. Portion sizes and quality are about fair for the price, but the yelp check in hummus is huge which makes it a great value imo. Interior and bathroom are clean and well maintained. Overall, the flavor was good though not great, but the service and value bring it up a star.“
“First time here after moving to California, my cashier Saad was an amazing and friendly guy, they’re food is delicious, I especially recommend they’re black angus burger (double patty), their Nashville chicken sandwich, and their biscoff pudding.“
“My wife and I got the biryani bowl, the Frankie roll, and the samosas. Everything was delicious! The green sauce is good but the tamarind chutney was amazing. Such a great balance of spices. I'm so glad we saw this place on Instagram and we can't wait to get this again!“
“It's a good addition to your spicy fried chicken roster! I had the combo #3 and the Yoon(?) fries. My spice tolerance is on the higher side and hot wasn't spicy enough, so you can be a little adventurous here! Chicken and fries were cooked well and portions are good for what you pay. I wish the chicken was a bit crispier though, hence the 4 stars. Yoon fries were good and filling, basically fries with a chopped up tender with coleslaw and drenched in ranch. I generally love ranch but it was a bit much even for me, and it made the chicken a little soggy. I got some of their special sauce on the side and it's pretty good!“
“I visited Byrd's twice while I was in Anaheim and I have to give them mad props.Both times I was greeted and served by friendly people who wanted to tell me about their favorites on the menu.I'm pretty basic and easy going so I got the sandwich both times; one hot and the second supahot.Both were made to order, hot, crispy, juicy and Delicious.I like spicy so I really enjoyed both seasonings and I didn't really have a favorite.If I lived here I'd definitely go back“
“Was looking for a late morning snack with my family after driving from San Diego and was glad we found Al Amir. We ordered the mini zaatar manakish, mini zaatar and cheese manakshi and a regular meat manakish and they were so good. The zaatar tastes home made, the flavors were so fresh. We were all happy and satisfed.“
“My second time here- first time I was too hangry to snap a pic of my meal. Both times I ordered the chicken, beef, and Kefta plate- it is scrumpdeliosh. I NEVER order chicken out unless it’s fried, but the marinade and sources on all the meats is fantastic. The little salad it comes with is excellent, hummus is not too tahini-y, presentation is great, service is excellent. TBH, I wasn’t expecting much the first time I came in, but I’m really glad I did!“
“Stopped by their pop up at my Paramount Apartment and got this awesome little combo for 14$ with a drink. Food is really good, never had Indonesian but I like it. The textures in the noodles are delicious and there's little sides of fermented veggies, crispy garlic, and a spicy little chilli. All the flavors are good and there's a great portion size. I think the noodles have so much flavor I forgot there was yummy bits of chicken. Will visit their in store restaurant next for lumpia!“
“Amazing authentic Levantine food (Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian etc.). You should try their Kafta and Batata Harra, the best I’ve eaten away from home. The service was great and the prices are very reasonable! We will definitely come back when in the area.“

“Mahmoud made authentic, fresh Egyptian food. Good food takes time. We were very happy with what we ordered and what we paid. How did my cheeseburger taste better than in-n-out? Kofta, tarb, chicken and kabab were all great! Wish you many blessings! Please ignore the haters! If this is the kind of food you crave, come and try it yourself, you won't be disappointed. “Honestly, and without an ounce of hesitation, this place was one of the best hole in the wall restaurant that served BBQ meats. The meat was fresh and absolutely delicious. Seating was no so comfortable, and the portions were not so great, but you can taste quality!!! I highly recommend the lamb kabob, humus and taboli“
“I came in here for a snack and found the interior to be a delightful surprise - how charming! The brightly colored painted walls and lights made it so bright, cheery, warm, and welcoming. The service here was focused, professional, and kind. I loved how our food was brought out on a charming tray and our server removed each individual item with care and patience. It was a quaint experience to end our night with. I was also surprised at the culinary experience. We did not order much, as it was only meant to be a snack. I felt that they went above and beyond to complete our dining experience. The food felt very homemade in the best way possible - it was homey and comforting. The bread that covered the spinach pie (which was way larger than I was expecting) was fluffy, filling, warm, and just out of this world. The ideal bread experience! I am personally not a fan of the chicken shawarma here - it was reminiscent of street food/the Halal guys in the sense that it was more boiled meat than shawarma meat.. but the garlic sauce was uhhhmazing, as was the hot sauce, which was spicy with a hint of a sweet aftertaste. I am not a huge fan of soda, but if you have not tried Vimto, it is a MUST try. It complemented our food so well and I was beyond satisfied with this purchase. The food here was not exceptional, but I would give this experience overall 5 stars.“
“Had the pleasure of doing an Iftar here with some friends. All you can eat buffet style, with various koftes, rice, spreads, potato dishes, stuffed grape leaves, whole lamb legs. Huge dessert spread top with qatayif. The chicken dishes were a little dry, but the overall quality and variety were great.“

“Halal food in Long beach! Don't be fooled by the outside - there's Mexican food here but also middle Eastern food too, so there are healthy options if you don't want a bunch of Cheetos on your food for example. I always liked the food here even before it was Fatima's, and the quality has remained the same! It's a small venue so you probably want to take your food to go, but for the price and quality it can't be beat!“
“I got a bunch of maneesh (aka Arabic pizza) this time and the service was excellent as usual. The interior is decorated with beautiful stone like masonry and other items that gives the place a very traditional, medieval and/or even ancient vibe to it. There are only 5 tables for sitting inside (22ish people max) but the patio area a lots for much more seating capacity. The cheese Maneesh is excellent as always as is the zaatar. And fortunately, the lahmbi3ajeen maneesh was even better than last time. The food is a little on the expensive side but it seems like that is the trend everywhere in southern California and probably in the US in general as well.Vegetarian options: Maneesh, falafel, humus, labne and much much more.Parking: The parking lot could get full sometimes but usually there is always plenty of parking spots available. Additional street Parking is available as well within 20-40 yards (meters).“

The portions are very generous too.They give you a humongous bread with hummus while you wait for your food. You get what you want in the fridge near the counter.Owner and the servers are friendly. Plenty of Parking too. Been going here for years and will continue to go back for kabob cravings.“
“We were looking for Halal Thai in the Orange County area and discovered this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an aunty, a telltale sign of good food. Food was excellent and they still offered us service despite arriving close to closing. Tom Yum Soup was excellent and was full of meat and mushrooms, with their Spicy Mint Noodles having a generous portion of beef and flavourful.Dietary restrictions: Halal“
