“THEY DEFINITELY HAVE THE MEATS!If our experience recently at the Anderson location was any indication, Arby's might just be the comeback story of the century! No joke. Not that long ago, the chain was well known for being good for one thing: their unique roast beef. That's not meant in a backhanded way (“unique” wink, wink), but let's face it, their meat was, much like KFC's chicken, not exactly akin to the traditional, and people either loved it (like us) or un-loved it for that reason. And that's ok; like it or not, Arby's has always been a true one-of-a-kind in that sense, an American original. But nobody ever expected a vast array of menu selections, nor mistook it for gourmet cuisine either, even by fast food standards.Oh, how a few years can make a world of difference. Now, it's looking like “The Big A” might just be one of the better sandwich places out there, in point of fact. You could certainly do a lot worse. Plus, their menu has expanded a bit, to include a few delicatessen-style offerings that, surprisingly enough, actually rise to the quality level of many mom & pop delis. Very tasty, one and all.Of course, their trademark roast beef remains unchanged, and we were always among those who appreciated it for what it was. But a little added variety is a nice touch, too. Well done, Arby's.Their sandwiches are now officially better than anything offered by chains like Subway, Blimpie's, Togo's, et al. Of course, that may not be saying much, considering the declining quality of these establishments of late. But it's still worth the drive from Redding, even if you don't shop at the nearby outlets or are venturing to see a movie at the adjacent theatre during the same trip.Friendly, hard-working staff can be found there also, which is a nice change amid the current environment of jaded, surly quiet-quitters that populate the food service work force these days, to be frank. So please keep those fine workers happy, Arby's, and the good food coming. Recommended!“
“This is a sleeper location. You hardly notice it's there next to the Holiday Market gas station. It's your typical subway food which I like, some people don't. I only gave this place 4 stars because they did not make our sandwiches properly. A Philly cheese steak is supposed to be warm with melted cheese. It wasn't warm and the cheese was cold. They did attempt to give us a refund but did not know if it was going to go through or not. At least they tried. Won't stop me from going back and getting more sandwiches in the future. Maybe it was just a fluke or a person in training. Anyway yum I want a sandwich now.“
“I only give service a 2 because of corporate greed. I'm from a state where companies pay to have front service workers, not computer kiosks, take my order. And I feel like these workers are being screwed over. The employees were amazing! Super nice and very helpful. My only issue is the damn kiosks. A good business has worker customer interaction.“
“I did an online order for a Diet Coke with lemon, and I would just like to say that the young man that took care of me his name was Jered. Did an absolutely fantastic job. He was extremely nice and I just wanted to write those and give him a major shout out! Someone give him a raise! So friendly and made the experience so pleasant!“
“Super fast. No hassle good and hot Mexican food and super friendly employees! Always have a smile for you and plenty of taco sauce and napkins!Vegetarian options: They will replace the meat with beans if you desire.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.“
“There was a gentleman working the register who absolutely goes above and beyond his job duties. Takes his job seriously and seems to really love his job and appreciates to actually have a job! He greeted every person with so much respect! He literally took our drinks and our food to our table and all other customers too!! Who does that nowadays? He made sure the restroom was clean and stocked. I'm watching him the entire time and even customers that were rude, he kept his composure and respect. 99% of fast food workers are rude, unhappy and seem to hate their jobs. Customer service is a tough job, but this gentleman deserves a raise!! I will go back again just for him!! Never got his name but he moves "fast" as all "fast" food restaurants should!! That is his mentality! Love it!!“
“Food is good but it costs more to just have 1 main then if you add 1 side. I just want the honey walnut shrimp don't want the rice or noodles or veggies. Just the shrimp but it costs more & you don't get any extra shrimp. Don't understand this.“
“My husband and I just moved here and we went around the corner to grab some Popeyes but saw the reviews before we ended up in line. I asked him are you sure you want to eat here??! Well we decided to go ahead and give it a try since we’re already here… my service was amazing and the guy at the window was professional and kind and our food was great.“
“The service was great. I believe the cashiers name was Vinny. He was polite and when I accidentally placed my card in backwards he made it seems like it was no big deal and made me feel relieved for not wasting their time. Had a polite conversation about work and had good energy. Other places I had experiences where employees were not happy. He seemed to enjoy his job. Made my sandwiches quickly and how I wanted without mistakes.“
