Great subs, but what threw me off is the employee that made our sandwiches recently just started to vent to me how management sucks and he's getting underpaid for all the hours he's putting in, which was really sad to hear. All this while he was making our order of six subs and a few people waiting behind us. This particular location spends more time having personal conversations. I came in to get a sandwich on my lunch break and the women behind the counter kept talking to the woman in front of me long after she was done with her order making me wait longer than necessary. Even after my sandwich was done I was still waiting longer than necessary trying to pay for my sandwich. Outdoor roof top, not available for large party, we sat indoor by bar, service and menu Ok, expensive and had fish and chips, but was served fish and tater tots, elevator out of service, if you have problem walking up the stairs, or children in stroller, it wasn't pleasant, fix the elevator!
