What can I say? El asador is pretty damn good. A large selection from a food truck is actually insane & impressive. The food is good; though could be better in my opinion but that's also subjective. Prices are a bit high, but for a food truck, it's expected. Service; always quick and kind. We decided to try this spot after relatives suggested it while we were in town. Huge truck with picnic tables and a long line. Always a good sign! I had the chicken torta and it was delicious. Huge, well-priced, and full of flavor. My SIL was missing an item from her order and didn't notice until we returned home. That's my only reason for knocking off a star.
