Sushi Kiyosuzu is a nice and cozy mom and pop Japanese restaurant that makes diners feel like they are in a small town in Japan. It offers authentic Japanese great quality food, with a good variety to the menu. The sushi is fresh and very tasty, blowing away anything at the mall, with big fatty pieces of salmon and rolls loaded up with fish. The different meal and their portions are generous and prices are amazing, offering great value. Meals like the tempura, chicken udon, a chirashi bowl, salmon teriyaki and tempura meal combo are all solid. The atmosphere is not too loud and dining in is enjoyable, with tables strategically positioned. The restaurant caters to both adults and children. Service is decent and timely, though food can take awhile when it is busy. Parking in the back is busy. It is a great spot for a nice Japanese meal without breaking the bank, perfect for that after work fix.
