“This is a very cute restaurant. Nice prompt waitress with unlimited pickled ginger, wasabi, and water. Choice of gluten free or regular soy sauce. Delicious, fresh sushi, salads, sashimi, poke bowls. My only complaint was the oil tasted a bit off on the tempura.“
“The food was amazing really creative sushi rolls and fresh fish. Good selection of sakes. Some kitchen entrees for anyone who is not into seafood. Waitress was lovely always checking on us and willing to take more orders as we progressed with our rolls. Lovely “
“We've been meaning to visit the new location for a while, and finally did last week. Cute outdoor space with heaters, it was chilly outside and we were very comfortable.Service was excellent. Everyone liked their food, although my husband was a little disappointed in the salmon nigiri (said there was barely any salmon on it). Didn't take pics this time, but we will be back.“
“My mom and I came here while visiting Arcata, and were so impressed!!! We had been to a couple sushi places in arcata but this one was way better. Flavors were amazing, service was friendly and fast, and the prices weren’t nearly as high as the mediocre sushi places in arcata. I highly recommend!“
“Absolutely great experience! The appetizers at the bar were awesome. Once we got to the teppenyaki table, it was even better. We were a party of 10, and our server Vanessa was the absolute best!!! She was so incredibly helpful and efficient. And she has the best attitude!! The chef was amazing and our food was so tasty! All this while the place was busy... and I do mean BUSY!! “My favorite thing to get is the Chicken Teriyaki Bento box which come with miso soup, rice, a tiny salad, a melon, a carb usually an egg roll, and the chicken. It is the perfect amount of food for me most days. I prefer my rice fried, which has always come out good, especially with the golden miso.I have also had the sushi, which is good all around, no complaints.“
