Was in the neighborhood and ordered takeout from the counter. They run a smooth operation - menu makes pricing clear and lots of people were coming in for their to-go orders. Wasn't a problem for me but some people may not like that they make only one size pizza, but it's big and if you don't want the whole thing, they let you order slices. I wish more pizza places did this. I didn't LOVE the too-chewy crust on my pepperoni pizza but it still tasted good.“

Doesn't take too long to get your food, but as everything is made fresh, it might be 5-15 minutes depending on what you order. Smart to put in an order first, then do some grocery shopping as you wait ?You can't go wrong with a yuzu slushie, some rice cakes and a half-n-half noodle dog. I love to mix two flavors when I order my fries, I get the Sour Cream and Barbeque mix with the straight fries. The powder mix is heavenly and I love how evenly distributed the fries are. You can see the powder mixing happening in action by the staff when you stand by the display case. You can also get some wings and get grub in that way too. The prices are affordable and I love how the fries are also piping hot from the moment they call out your order. Definitely pick and choose what time to order some fries from here, especially if you are on a rush or a time crunch. Unfortunately, there is a high chance that there'll be a long line of people waiting and your wait can end up being around 20 minutes. You can see the workers with high stress levels due to people getting visibly impatient. I see people complain but that honestly doesn't help anyone out. So for your own sanity, just be aware of the situation and expect to wait if you see many people lined up and/or waiting. If you do have time to spare, it's worth the wait.“

After reading reviews on Yelp, decided to give Ameci a try and we have no regrets! I was greeted at the counter by a friendly young man who had his hands full. They were hosting a fundraiser event for a local elementary school, and the place was packed! But when I walked up, he couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. I told him about our preferences for crust styles and toppings, and he made the perfect call! We ordered a deluxe combo, with all of the pepperoni on only 1/2 of the pie (Mom doesn't like pepperoni.. sacrilege, right?) As busy as they were, they prepped the pizza, cooked until the crust was a lovely golden brown with a light chew. The sauce to topping ratio was perfect and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. A manager was chatting with me while I waited and couldn't be more hospitable. You can dine in on one of the few little metal tables and chairs, but I'll most likely order take-out from Ameci's. No big dining room, very casual inside. I'll definitely be returning!“

Since it was already late, we skipped the appetizer part to save them time. But to our surprise the owner brought us two different appetizers and drinks. He not only stopped at that, we had two kids with us, he brought them French fries. At this point we didn't even know what to think!!! He brought all those additional foods ( 2 appetizers, Crying Tiger' and fries) all at no cost to us. That's what I call a Royal Treatment!!! Now as far as the food we ordered, Chicken with mint leaf, chicken with string beans, beef with eggplant, mixed fried rice, Pad Thai, Crying tiger, they were all EXCEPTIONAL!!! The restaurant itself is not very big in size but they have far better quality and tasty food than many Thai restaurants I visited to grab a bite in Los Angeles or other places. They serve all Halal meat which is a plus for my community. If you're in the vicinity please try them. I am positive that you won't be disappointed. I wish the owner and his crews all the best. “WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!! This was so good we had Bruce's BBQ at Montrose for the Beer festival and then one day I'm driving by Sunland and I see his sign. So happy that there is now an establishment that I can get my BBQ fix anytime we need. Pulled pork is killer, I'm a big baked beans person and wow it was so good with all the little bacon pieces mixed in. Hot wings were nice and crispy with just the right amount of spice. Hands down the best BBQ joint in the area and we will be returning soon I recommend Bruce's BBQ to anyone who loves a homemade BBQ made with love and the service is incredible.“

“I know the place is under a new owner and this is my first time getting takeout from them in general. The food was very hot when I picked up. I only got orange chicken and fried rice because it's just me eating for dinner. I wish there was a dinner combo. Additionally, I would like if there were some things in the fried rice aside from a tiny bit of scrambled egg, some frozen peas and carrots with a bit of onion would do the trick. Flavor of the orange chicken is great. Making the rice more interesting would keep me coming back. I'll come again and try different things.“
