My experience tonight started out bad. I placed an online order for pickup. The app stated my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told there was no order for me. The employee, James advised I check my account to see if the charge went thru as this happened with another customer he said and he was refunded. I checked my account count and the charge was there. James asked me what I ordered and started on it. 15 minutes later I had the pizza I ordered. Thank you James for the quick response and recovery.

Only 5 stars when AJ is there. His customer service over the phone and in person is the best. I requested accommodations such as having the knife cleaned before cutting since I am a vegetarian and he personally went back to clean and wash it for me. And every time I order pizza when he is there it's always the best pizza. Thanks AJ!

Ordered the pizza and arrived, they said give it about 10 minutes. Gave them 13 minutes and when I asked they said they're barely putting it in the oven so to give it another 7 minutes. The app said that the pizza was ready so I guess they put complete so they can get a good time rating. Don't come to this Pizza Hut, they give Pizza Hut a bad reputation.

Ordered a pizza online and it was ready by the time we got there. The service is a hit or miss at this location it seems. Sometimes we have to wait to be seen and other times it's fast and easy. The pizza is pretty good. It's not the high end, which is not what you want from Pizza Hut anyhow. All in all you get what you pay for and the pizza is consistent and good.
Pizza is great. I always come here once a month when I crave oily and greasy pan pizza during my periods. This is the place that I go to when I say "I deserve this." I've seen other people use EBT cards here as well! I never knew they accepted those type of cards here.

Around Sep 2021, my car broke down near the intersection and the police helped me park near the Pizza Hut. I needed to charge my phone and the employees here were more than helpful and understanding. This is after a customer(s) tried to "steal" pizzas from the place and got belligerent with the manager. I didn't order anything from there (I couldn't due to my food intolerances) but the kindness I received that day is well worth mentioning. Thank you all for being awesome!
