“Stopped here on our way home from vacation. Great boba drinks and tons of flavors/combos. My daughter got the Mango smoothie boba with chamoy drizzle. Fast service and clean establishment. Gave 4 starts on atmosphere due to no bathrooms. McDonald's up the street has bathrooms.Parking: Dirt parking lot is just before the boba place. We passed it and had to go around the block to come back to the parking lot.“

“I just want to thank the young gentleman named Francisco the 5 stars are for him , His customer service is amazing. While we where waiting in line to order next we rudely got the closed sign slapped in our face. The girls ignored us but Francisco kindly helped us with our order. I highly appreciate his understanding and the way he professionally helped us.“

“I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this Dunkin' Donuts, especially the delicious bagel bites and donut holes. The drinks, including the white chocolate bark and the unique pink velvet macchiato, were amazing. However, I have some concerns about the service at this location. During our visit, the cashier, Megan (82938), displayed a rather rude attitude. When my wife and sister-in-law inquired about the pink velvet drink, Megan responded with a demeaning tone that implied, "yes, obviously." Additionally, when they asked for zero-calorie sweetener, the response was a dismissive "whatever is over there." It's important to consider that we may not know the cashier's situation, but treating customers with respect is crucial. Wishing the best for Dunkin' Donuts overall.“

“4/23/2024 6amI was reading the reviews on my way to the location. The location seems to be a hit or miss with customers. The bad reviews received replies, from the owner, as if the owner doesn’t even visit the store and is remote. I also didn’t get a hint of assurance of improvements.Having written about that observation, I decided I’d try the place anyways. I was going to make sure to visit the restroom, since its condition will validate how the store truly operates.When I arrived I was greeted in the typical Starbucks manner. I noticed three employees were visibly working and two customers had just walked out. I was alone, at this point. I placed my order, and it was promptly made.My visit went well.“

“There were a lot of youngsters but overall they were far from problematic so I had a great breakfast listening to my favorite music with no disturbances and the food was ready soon after I ordered. Great spit for a quick bite to eat while on the go.Kid-friendliness: They gave a jungle gym inside which hasn't been available at many McDonald's in some time now so it made me happy to see that available.Wheelchair accessibility: There's multiple wheelchair accessible entrances leading to the main door, very cool.“
