Colony Mash Brewing Co. Brewery • $$
3164 El Camino Real, Atascadero

“They always have the best selection of IPAs and Seltzers. Their Seltzers are out of this world. I have not tried a flavor I haven't liked. Tonight we had the POG and Creamsicle. POg is now one of my tops. Their Beer list is also really impressive. We always find a great IPA to sip on. Always a good tune going and a great vibe. We bring our cards everywhere we go and this is a great place to play a few hands and sip amazing brews.“

“Absolutely wonderful experience all around. All the beers were outstanding- you can tell Chris knows what he's doing when it comes to brewing. And the space was so unique and welcoming. Can't wait to come back to try what's new on tap. If you're nervous to call/text Chris to visit, don't be! It was super easy, and he had availability to let me in immediately.“

Tent City Beer Company Brewery • $
6760 El Camino Real, Atascadero

“When I go to a gym, I prefer a low-frills, clean, pleasant, and functional facility. I'm unimpressed by juice bars and fanciness. Same goes for breweries since I'm there for great beer. Tent City Beer Co. has outstanding beers, indoor/outdoor seating, friendly and efficient bartender, without the frills. No big screens, music pounding, or fancy furnishings. This I like and I'll definitely be back! Thank you Tent City for keeping it real. Tip: parking in the back and use the back door to enter.“

“Great place for us to take our kids and also enjoy a beer. We appreciate that they are providing a family-friendly spot with things for kids to do, because there are not many places around here. 4/5 because not a fan of the food sadly, but the staff & beers are fantastic. Try the sour honestly one of the best I’ve ever had!“

“What a fun spot! We enjoyed great music Saturday night and they ran out of BBQ except Ribs and those aren’t usually my fav. But OMG they were good.We danced, drank and had an exceptional time. The staff was awesome, bathrooms clean ( which is quite a feat with the crowd that was here)We came back the next day to try brisket and holy moly it was delicious. Kilokilo Brewing Company Brewery • $$
3340 Ramada Dr suite c, Paso Robles - 5.99 miles

“One of the hole in the wall breweries. We went to the Barrelhouse first and it was just OK. So we stopped at Kilokilo Brewing. It was so much better than what we expected. Their beer, ale and sour selections are all strong flavors. We ordered Kalua pig sliders and loco moco. It was just a perfect. We sat in the porch area and just watched the clouds. We felt we were in Hawaii for a moment with great Hawaiian music. Thank you for the unique POG IPA! Mahalo!“

Silva Brewing Brewery • $$
525 Pine St suite b, Paso Robles - 9.09 miles

“We saw on the Internet that they were open, so we came down to have beer with some friends. But then the sign at the door said they don't open until 2 PM. Gosh, darn so we went and sat in our car for an hour, until they were going to open at two. Because that's what the sign on the door said. But little did we know when we did enter and they opened that they open at noon. They just didn't care enough about their customers to tell them they were open. Aside from that, beer is delicious. Chuck our server was absolutely knowledgeable and incredibly personable!!!“

Paso Robles Brewing Company Brewery • $$
201 Spring St, Paso Robles - 8.86 miles

“We've been coming here so often that they started remembering what we liked to order. The stout is good and not heavy so I can drink a whole pint and not be dizzy in the slightest. The cheese curds are awesome with the ranch sauce they make. I usually get the wagu burger and add bacon/avocado to the burger. They cook it medium rare and it melts in your mouth. The chicken strips are well seasoned. We love the tacos. The establishment has only been open for a short while and I really already like coming here. We usually get a couple krowlers to go of the stout which they can do with any of their beers on tap.“

Firestone Walker Brewing Company Brewery • $$
1400 Ramada Dr, Paso Robles - 7.5 miles

“We had such an amazing four-hour visit to Firestone Walker. We were in Paso Robles for an anniversary weekend getaway. While my wife likes wine tasting, I'm not as enthused. Beer, on the other hand, is another story. I reserved the Barrel Room Tour which is more expensive than their regular tour and only once on Saturday and Sunday. But before our 2pm tour, we needed lunch so we figured it was a good idea to use the Taproom restaurant. Went there and ordered via QR code which is how they're doing it. We are a large warm pretzel and salads. I couldn't decide on beverages so for a tasting flight which was delicious and enjoyable. The tour was amazing. Our tour guide Chris was knowledgeable and funny. He was super encouraging to ask questions and easy about time. We had 3 oz. samples during the tour and then more after the tour. You also get FW swag. As much as I love 805, I only tried other beers while on site. My biggest regret was not buying beer to go! I had tasted beers all day (via 3 oz. glasses and I didn't finish all) so I was burnt out on beer at the end. This is the Willy Wonka Factory for beer. So fun.“
