“I've only had their ice cream, but it's very good. Very rich & extremely creamy, so I'd recommend starting with a small (I wish their twisties, I believe they call them, came in a smaller size). Tastes fantastic, though, & although I don't have tons of ice cream experience, certainly seems unique (in a good way). Some day I'll have to try their burgers, & will update this if I do.All the employees I've interacted with have been very nice, & service has always been fast. I've only ever gotten ice cream to go, but they seem to have a nice seating area for a place as small as they are.“
“Rappe Family Vineyards - Auburn We were on our way to another winery and passed the entrance to Rappe Family Vineyards. We decided to turn around and enter the vineyard after looking at the excellent ratings. We were not disappointed. We came to learn that the winery is fairly new to the area. Clearly it is nice addition to the Auburn area. Their tasting room is set up in a large tent during the winter months and outside next to the vineyard during the summer. The hosts were excellent. For such a young winery they offered excellent wines. It should not be surprising since the founder Tom Rappe has spent his career in the wine industry. Each individual tasting is free with the purchase of a bottle of wine. We had the same nice experience in Napa 25 years ago. We loved our tasting. Absolutely worth a visit.“
“This Cafe is wonderful. Very quaint and inviting. The ambiance is welcoming with Otis Redding singing in the background. There is outdoor seating as well. I had the ham scramble with sour dough toast and coffee. The eggs are very fluffy and good. I will definitely come here again and highly recommend this restaurant.“
“Their fruit basket cake is absolutely amazing! Every single time I bring it to a party everybody loves it. And I personally do not like cake, but I love this one. Their bread is extremely popular and their sandwiches are really good if your dining in.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. There’s only street parking in the street is somewhat busy.“
“Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.“
“Love me some kneedeep and today did not disappoint. Hannah was our beertender and she was ah-mazing!So friendly and helpful.... offering all kinds of new beers to try and suggestions... nothing like your neighbor moonraker (who are not very friendly the couple times I have been). I will always support kneedeep! Love you guys! Thank you. Keep up the incredible brewing.“
“Very nice outdoor seating. Service at the bar was great ! Food truck today was great. Sliders and fries were the best. Recommend Miss Conduct for a great amber beer. Very busy today cause it was 70 and a beautiful day. Ya might have to park on the street but it’s not bad. Plenty of room for seats.“
“What. A. Find. Traveling to Reno and I-80 is closed so we stopped and stayed in Auburn. Walked over to this hole in the wall Mexican joint and stumbled upon a gem. I travel to Baja frequently and this place is as good, and definitely as authentic, as any restaurant I've been to in Mexico. The soups were over the top. My wife went with the chicken tortilla and the portion was a meal in itself. The prices were so good, I figured that the portions must be small, so I went a la carte with a Baja fish taco (the only so-so item), a cheese enchilada (excellent) and chili rellenos (the best I've ever had, no exaggeration.) The locals know the place, but if you're traveling through, stop here, you won't be disappointed. The only downside to the meal was it was so much food that I didn't get to try the homemade flan.“
“It took me a year or two to finally try this place after they replaced RT at the same location. I'm glad I finally did. The best way to describe this place is it's exactly like round table from the 80's and 90's. By that I mean, the toppings are real recognizable produce, the pizza is delicious and the all you can eat salad bar is spot on. The only thing missing is street fighter stand up game in the corner. Very nice family that runs it, they couldn't be more friendly or happy you're there.“
“Really good grilled cheese and tomato bisque. They can make everything vegan but we did real cheese on their fresh sourdough bread from a local bakery. Organic green salad comes with. Matcha latte unsweetened was hearty with real milk but alternative mills available Seating inside for 20 inside and outside more seating Nice staff and simple space“
“What a pleasure to have such happy, delightful employees who enjoy their jobs. They were so helpful, and it made the experience so much better. And it was about 10:30 AM , I asked for something to keep me awake till about 11:30pm as I had a long day ahead of me. She didn't disappoint! I had a medium double torture with 3 expresso shots. So delicious! Dutch Brothers beats that other coffee place by a mile! When you stop by, tell them I said, "Hey! and God bless!"“
“I feel this place is going downhill just like all the other breweries in the Sacramento area. It's not their fault cost of brewing beer I am sure have sky rocketed and because we are in a recession or maybe a depression no one has money. Thanks Joe“
“This is a terrific family owned business! The food and service is always top notch and the vibes are amazing, and they have an ALLSTAR MVP behind the counter, she’s the best!!! Even hours later the food is delicious (my sandwich) highly recommend“
