This taco truck is a semi permanent location on a corner lot. They serve a limited menu of beef or goat Birria. Their Birria quesadilla is HUGE and their quesa tacos are also generously stuffed with meat and cheese. Their salsa and consomé was a tasty compliment to my lunch.
Best Birria I've had here in the US by far. This birria taste just like the ones I would buy in Mexico. The console is hands down the best around, the crunchy quesatacos are just like they are in Mexico and doesn't seem to be your normal store bought tortillas.I'm not a big fan a goat birria but this place knows how to make it right and it's always amazing with the hand made tortillas and their salsa.
