Love Cafe Rio! Fresh, fresh, great! I love that I can build my perfect meal. I probably won't order the quesadilla again. It was super cheesy for me, but I love the tostada or the salad!!
I have mixed feelings about this place. First and foremost I visited this location on 2/15/24 and appx 630pm. Ordered a BEEF Barbacoa burrito. Went to pay and the cashier asked me what kind of meat I got and told him I received the beef. He told me they didn't have beef but the girl who prepared my meal put in the sweet PORK barbacoa instead. I was hungry and accepted it. But how dumb to think she could pull a fast one on me or any other customer as if we couldn't tell the difference. It was insulting and as a matter of fact a couple came back to complain about the very same thing.This place also has no carne asada as a staple? What's up with that??? Carne asada is a staple to a majority of Mexican cuisine.

I came in to order a taco salad. Alfonso helped make my food and was super nice to me even when I had difficulty understanding how the process worked. He suggested I try the chicken and wow he was right! Delicious! By the end of our interaction I felt like I had made a new friend. Top notch customer service!!!

When I went in the managers were being extremely rude to “new” staff when I was ordering, even when i said it was my first time here, I felt rushed the WHOLE time. They even would snap when asking me what I wanted in my salad. All the tables were so greasy and looked like they haven’t got wiped down in weeks. Also when I ordered a side of guacamole I was charged for old brown paste, so gross!
My brother and I are big fans of this place! The food was not only fresh but also really good. The staff deserves a shout-out for being amazingly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even better. We left with satisfied taste buds, and without a doubt, we're planning to visit again. The Pork Barbacoa, Enchilada Style Burrito, and Shredded Chicken Salad were all hits, and we can't wait to indulge in more goodness on our next visit. A definite recommendation for those looking for a place with tasty food and welcoming service!

Won't be back to this location. Staff incredibly passive aggressive. I placed an order on accident for another location, employee said have fun driving to that location, rather than helping me place another order at this location, poor attitudes, poor customer service.
