Best pan dulce I ever had, I live out of town so I had my nephew bring me some since his wife introduced our family to this delicious goodness on a turnaround trip on Friday and Sunday it's still soft and taste freshly made!!! I lived in Bakersfield all my life and had no idea... Bakersfield's best kept secret! Tell a friend they will love it !!!
Went there and the conchas were really soft and still warm which was a good sign. Although not all the pastries that i seen online were there. Which were not ready but you can actually see them making the new Bach of pastries while inside which was cool. And it's not pricey like other places.

This is a sweet family owned bakery with even sweeter treats! Whenever I go, I get a dozen bulillos and I also like to try different types of pan dulce. I feel like there are always new options each time! Additionally, I'm always surprised at how affordable everything is for being so delicious and plentiful! 10/10 will definitely come again! Not only for the treats but to also support one of the few Hispanic family owned bakeries in Bakersfield. Brings back memories of the panaderia...read full review
