They came to my work. I ordered the potato toppings and added the special sauce. Which, by the way, is like 1000 island I have never had a potato cook this week before it was amazing. It reminded me of sidewinder fries so it was like having loaded fries. I was thankful that they were not greedy with the sauce or the toppings. There was plenty throughout the entire potato. We love this particular food truck and have been coming here since it was at the Valley Plaza and the potato is special and amazing and we love the back story of how this business even started and are definitely one of our favorite

Just went there to buy a ceramic pot. They have spruced the place up since I went there last. Lots and lots of Mexican food trucks there and a BBQ place that smelled amazing. If your hungry a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Lots of options and parking. I didn't eat but the food looked and smelled really good. There is tons of pots and water fountains there that are beautiful.
