The chicken is never fully cooked properly the shrimp is hard and not cooked properly. I was happy to see that there was a Louisiana here but it had no potential for that stick to the Chinese and honestly the way that looks just CLOSE DOWN!

What a scrawny bird. I don't know how they grow the chickens in Louisiana but in California there a little bit plumper. That poor chicken looks like it ran from Louisiana and lost all of its meat on the way. Can anyone say Foster farms.

This is a Family owned fast food Chinese restaurant that has been in operation for over 15 years. A husband & wife team, sorry I didn't get their names. They are a beloved neighborhood institution with a very loyal client base. Many of the locals have been coming for years, high school students love the owner who serves up the food and call her "Mama" even long after they have grown up. The food prepared throughout the day and is always fresh and appealing to the eyes. The dishes are tasty and portions are generous. The prices are very reasonable. I haven't tried their fried chicken yet, but I see a lot of orders for it. The interior is simple. They do have a couple of tables, but this really isn't an eat in type of restaurant, the majority of their business is takeout. You can just walk in or call your order in. If it's a busy time of day, I recommend calling in. If you haven't been I recommend you try Chopstix and Louisiana Fried Chicken.

Very limited selection of US style greasy Chinese food. The regular customers said they liked it. Mine was toward the bland side, limited zesty items. BIt's probably just me being picky.

Disgusting!! Tasteless! And poor customer service! The lady is rude and didn't accommodate a 45 min wait for horrible food! Also filthy tables!!
Had the catfish and man it was delicious the only reason for the 4 stars is because the fries were not done. The serve is good also. I will definitely go back to try the other items on the menu and ask for the fries to be well done.

The menu offers an incredible combination of Chinese dishes and delicious Louisiana fried chicken, sourced directly from the renowned brand in Los Angeles. The preparation technique and packaging are on par, if not better than what you'd expect.The food itself is a delight; each dish is bursting with amazing flavors, and the portions are incredibly generous. In fact, the owner goes the extra mile by taping the styrofoam plates shut because they load it up with so much goodness! You won't be disappointed; it's a true treat.The restaurant has a cozy and clean ambiance, which adds to the overall experience. Customers can't stop raving about this place, so I highly recommend giving it a try. Thumbs up for this fantastic find!

I've been curious about this restaurant so today I decided to checkout the food . The inside is cozy and setup for takeout . I was very excited to walk inside and see their large menu . There are so many options ! I chose a comb b. I picked rice ,chow mein, orange chicken and pepper chicken. This location is busy and the service here is fast . The portions and prices are incredible, very cost efficient.I must share that the pepper Chicken is so good , I honestly wish I had more . The rice and chow mein are a bit different than I'm used to.I'll visit again because I need more of the pepper Chicken.

Absolutely love this place. Not only is their food good, but they serve with LOVE. When I say they pack your plate, I am not exaggerating. A plate can feed 2 people, or 3 depending on how much someone eats. The customer service is always friendly and the staff is very grateful for their customers. I choose this place over any other Chinese restaurant in Bakersfield when I'm craving Chinese.
