I loved their teriyaki chicken until they started sending their teriyaki chicken without teriyaki. This made no sense. Twice, I called to inquire and was met with rude service and instructions to special order the teriyaki.However, when contacting corporate, I was assured the issue would be resolved.
I'm going to start off by saying I absolutely do not care for Panda Express so my rating may be a little biased. I will do my best to take that into consideration. However, I came here to pick up free food that my son got for good grades at school. Ordering through drive thru seemed easy enough. They were fast in the drive thru but didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for or sauces that came with what we ordered. Ruins the whole meal also we got home to find the small portions like we order kids plates.
