Their pizza is not too doughy it is just the right amount, The sauce is not acidic and has that tomato taste. We got mild wings they were just perfect for us not too spicy.“

“First of all, I LOVE pizza. However, I also like not breaking the bank. For this reason I would always go to Little Caesars for there hot-n-ready. It wasn't great, but it was cheap, and I LOVE pizza. Until I finally realized one day that I was paying over $20 for 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. Rusty's pizza is really good, and their ranch is house made and I love it. Super expensive though. About 3 months ago I realized Magoo's was still there, and I remembered eating there when I was a kid. Magoo's Pizza is on par with Rusty's (if not better), and better priced. I've eaten there every 1-2 weeks for the last 3 months. Today I bought 2 large pizzas (1 three topping pizza, and 1 half and half pizza) and a large house made ranch for about $48.

“I've always lived a short walk away from this place and just found out they're under new management a few days ago. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, I can tell they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers love what they ordered on the first bite.

“Great staff even when super busy, food is always of the same consistency and is much better than it's main "bargain pizza" competitor and even cheaper. Store is very well kept, a bit hidden way location wise however but definitely doesn't feel like the other budget pizza brand stores which all feel unkept and uncomfortable.

“Adrian is such a amazing worker. Very kind and professional. The food is fantastic and fresh . The wedges are so fresh and well seasoned with the perfect crisp on the edges. The wings are fire ? I always get the buffalo. But the pizza takes the cake. The crust is wow soft and flaky with buttery notes. The sausage and pepperoni is the chef's kiss.“

“John's has been around since I was a wee lad. If I were reviewing as a child, I'm sure it would be highly rated. You walk in and are greeted by warm smiles. If you're lucky, you'll be helped by an enthusiastic and cheerful Emma. I was trying to use gift cards and ran into some errors, but after some help from her supervisor, we got it resolved.
I remember the unusual pizza combinations as a kid, and I'm kind of glad they are only made by request now, I mean, come on, peanut butter?? Lol.
So they have a huge two part arcade, larger than MB2, BLVD, Chuckle Cheese, and Dave & Buster's. However, their card system sucks compared to the above-mentioned arcades. The interface is spotty, and it is hard to scan your card sometimes, or the reader doesn't read it right away. And then we get to the playablity and cleanness of the games. I get the arcade is huge, but it only takes a few minutes to wipe a game down. If a game isn't working to its specified standards, then it should be taken out of play or worked on by the tech team. The busboy team was pretty good at cleaning tables and getting dishes out of the way, I know it's not the most glamours job, so I have respect for them.
I think if they could improve their card system and just do some standard cleaning and arcade repair or placement in a different manner, it would elevate their flow. Overall, it was a solid time there as a parent.“

I bake a regular crust pizza for 8 min on the tray at 425 and then separate the crust from the pan by lifting the edge with a spatula as I turn the pizza in the oven using tongs. I then slide the loosened pizza off the pan onto the middle rack to complete the baking. Yummy and perfect every time!!

Vegetarian options: For vegetarians, I highly recommend trying the Herb Chicken Mediterranean without the chicken and adding another topping, like garlic, at no extra cost.“

“I've been ordering pizza from Santa Barbara Pizza & Chicken for many years. They are the best pizza in town. Their pizzas are cooked to perfection. My family usually orders the Tidal Wave (combo) and a Pepperoni with Black Olives. The toppings are generous and their cheese is flavorful. The chicken and wedges are fantastic. I ordered a carry-out pizza online from Pizza Hut’s “official” website; I selected the location at 11000 Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. When I went to pick it up, the store did not exist!! (Apparently, the location relocated, but Pizza Hut’s IT department didn’t update their website.)

I checked my email and my pizza order was sent to another location at 5221 B, Stockdale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I called to check on my order; Desiree answered the phone, she stated, there was no order for the name I gave them. (My husband’s) I told Desiree, I received an email from Pizza Hut stating my order was at that location.

I paid for my order online; I asked her, who do I contact to get a refund? She said, she didn’t know!

I drove to the Pizza Hut location at 8110 Rosedale Hwy, Bakersfield, CA. I explained my situation to Alyssa, she was very sympathetic to my issue and stepped right in the assist me. (I placed an order with Alyssa.) Alyssa went above and beyond her job description; she contacted the location at 5221 B Stockdale Hwy to investigate if I had an order there.

Apparently, my order was under my name, it wasn’t under my husband’s name which I initially sent up when I placed the order. But Desiree didn’t have the sense to correlate the order I was inquiring about with the email I told her I received for pickup at her location. (That’s generation X for ya, 99% of them are useless!!!)

Alyssa assured me the order would be canceled after an hour if the order wasn’t picked up and a refund to my debit card would be issued. (She canceled my order at that location.) Alyssa was so helpful, sweet, and saved our dinner!!! Thank you, sweetie!!!👏🏻😊“
