We love Sam's Club for quality items at a good price and especially when they have extra sales on items. We also love to buy the oven-ready meals which are very tasty and great for an easy dinner after a long day!
I LOVE the scan while you shop and pay on the app. The prices are great, and I do appreciate their big isles so you can walk fast if you'd like. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because, yes, the lines are a bit ridiculous, but even if you pay on the app, when you're waiting to exit and for someone to scan you out, the wait can be a while because sometimes they have only one employee.

I hope other Sam club run better than the one in Bakersfield Ca. They don't know anything about customer service. There will be 25 + customers in line to check out and they have only 2 cashier. Then to get out of the building there will only be 1 person checking the carts. Say something to a supervisor and they just say we know. This has been going on for months.
