I go to this place atleast once a week. I never had issues until today. The girl with multiple tattoos was rude. I ordered 2 different sandwiches, when I forgot one ingredient, I asked to add it, that's when she gave attitude "are sure this time." Then when she gave the total bill, I paid. She didn't put them in a bag or offer any napkins, just walked away. I was the only customer in the establishment.

This is the subway that I always went to growing up, and when I come home I always make sure to stop by. The workers have always been so nice to me, even when I was a little middle schooler who didn't know how to order things. I've also ordered catering platters from here, including for my graduation party. Several times I've made mistakes when ordering, or accidentally had to order a platter on really short notice, but the staff is so forgiving. I walk inside and I smell the fresh bread and am greeted by familiar faces. It feels like an extension of home.

Have been going there for years. Recently a female employee there has quite a bad attitude and when questioned about her bad customer service she only became worst. She even started giggling when confronted about her bad service. People like this obviously make us consumers want to stay away from these locations. I will definitely not return and will advise friends and family to stay away as well.Hopefully management actually read my review and train their employees to leave their personal issues away from their work. If they don’t like working with customers, then they need to work elsewhere.
